What happen if there is some item left in Market's retrieve section before the server transferation

Hi There,

I have some item pending in retrieve section, is this applicable for server transfer? It is ok if these items left or gone when the transfer complete. I don’t mind.

The time left before I can retrieve items is 11 hours…

The ticket needs to remain unanswered until the transfers are actually complete. If it’s answered, it will not show up on our database and your transfer request will be denied automatically. You don’t have to worry about the ticket itself as long as you filed it correctly.

[Reminder] Please check your transfer status

i.e. you cannot sell items on the market across different servers because the market is server-specific, so you have to clear out everything from the market to be able to transfer to another server.

@Staff_Julie help us. we still have silvers in the market’s retrieve. can the transfer proceeded without the silvers. I m okay losing the silvers, as long can transfer my more than 200 hours character.

So I just read all the thread about server transfer and found that someone actually answered according to Julie’s reply.

[FAQ] Server Transfer

You can join parties as long as you leave them, but 2 people have stated so far that they couldn’t submit transfer tickets because they were part of a party, when they actually weren’t. I just want to make sure all of your accounts are clean so that there won’t be any complications during the transfer. Pro-precaution, that’s me.

As for items on the market, there’s no direct way for me to put them in players’ inventory, so I can only ask that people keep trying to retrieve them until before the Tuesday maintenance. I’ll see if they can be recovered somehow if players lose them during the transfer.

In addition, please note that players were asked to agree to the terms and conditions before submitting requests for server transfer. I wrote a reminder last week, but not everyone uses the forum, so I can only hope that players were aware of the risks they were taking as previously stated on the official announcements.

As for guild leaders and party members who could not disband, I have a list that I’ll be passing over to the programmers to have them move your teams as well.

means actual transfer will still occur but you will lose the pending silvers since its on a different server, they just prohibited people for posting in the market so they dont get any problem because as she said there’s no possible way to transfer your silver directly once you changed server.
