I was thinking, maybe is not something about hairstyles, but, what if you bring into the game the Custom dye system? it can goes like this:
-
You can make a class to process plants and minerals (alchemist for example) to make till 24 basic dye pallet to apply into every costume costumes and hair accessories that has no color variation.
-
You can also sell for TP / exchange coins premium and special colors to have even metallic / darker colors!
i think this will be a way to make people to enjoy better the character customization and be real happy while adding our own accent to our characters! 
About hairstyles, maybe a Mohawk for warriors could be nice also.
A more serious or fancy pirate hat, please!
Or a chapéu de couro like the ones that cangaceiros used to wear.

Only problem I can see is that the normal character face with a beard would look kinda weird… So more masculine faces would be nice too.

but the problemm is the costume got a hoodie on the back, so it will look like it has 2 hoodie lol
