[UPDATED] Guilds Facing Issues Logging In

Greetings, Saviors!

Please let us know via the ticket system if your guild is still experiencing issues logging in after the Temporary Maintenance on September 29, 2017.

It will help us resolve the issue much faster if you provide your ‘lastreplay’ file from the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay

Please note that you do not have to use the F12 function to record anything. The file will be automatically created.

[UPDATE] You may want to check if your client revision is “175015”.

You can check your revision number in the ‘revision.txt’ file at the following directory : /SteamLibrary/ steamapps/ common/ TreeOfSavior/ release

If your revision number is not “175015”, it means that you do not have the latest version and will need to re-download the client.

[UPDATE 2] It may take up to 5 minutes on the loading screen to properly log-on to the game.

The screen may also turn white like it is not responding.

We would like to humbly ask that you try waiting on the loading screen for a few minutes before closing the client.

Your server and team name would be great for a start.

If you could be so kind as to also provide me with your revision number and ‘lastreplay’ file, that would REALLY help us fix this issue. I know it’s not your job or duty to do so, but we’d really appreciate the help.

Still can’t log in! My guild Finnally got to lvl 14, now we gotta make the practonium raid and IM GONNA STAY OUT OF IT! My tos dont enter its been five days. FIVE DAYS!! FIX THIS IM FREAKING ANGRY. Im downloading elsword now. You better work before you lose ALL YOUR PLAYERS. Really. Work hard…

My boyfriend is almost losing his computer. Every time the game freezes, the computer freezes with him, and he needs to force shutdown. By. Taking. The. Machine. Outta. The. Jack.
If it burns the HD, its a fault on you. We’re almost giving up, as everyone, I’m sorry. This time its hard to take.

Here i dont have problems this days after the patch… BUT right now i have crashed and when i goes again gives the same error before some days ago… freeze and APPHANG when 100% loaded map…

IMC needs give up from guild icons at least when this is bugging, i think is a stupid idea mainteain this before yours gives a REALLY SOLUTION to everyone…

well, i just join to a guild yesterday,this was the first time i ever join guild, it was nothing wrong until today i got VGA error right after loading page before entering map…

i tot u guys already fix this s*it, i will send a ticket…

and i did the validating game cache procedure, still no change
