Who messed up their rank reset? We need IMC to give the exp you lost for rank reseting

IMC did a good job here IMO
everything was already explained and if it wasn’t clear the staff answered most of the questions on that thread
not every player visit the website
not every player understand english
but i guess we cant blame imc
imc can be generous and make another exp-event to make it up
i mean, what is there to lose anyway?
a happy player is a happy customer

I rarely defend IMC but this was really done nicely
No bugs found at all regarding the class reset, so far every fk-up was the player’s fault

it’s like not reading a warning sign while driving then crashing on the road, then you blame the government.
Probably didnt read that if you dont have class lvl 15 on your current rank, then you go back to class lvl 1 of that same rank lol.
I actually read the pole choice… Didnt understand wth he tryna say… Lost 6 to 14.
Meaning to say he reset at eg: r7c6 and expect to get r7c15/r8c1… But got r6c15/r7c1 instead. Am i right hahaha

IMC didn’t want to modify database to store previous job level data so they just made it reset into class 1 and call it a feature 
Well well that one is too bad i guess cause they stated it very clearly in the announcement. Only thing is im not sure if they warned people in game rather than expectinng everyone to come to forums. Im planning to reset my wizard back into the same classes just to get a free skill reset… Dam…
So i guess its fine to either hit class 15 (where the word advancement pops out) or proceed to advance to next rank level 1. I will still reset to the same level right?

might be the case.
they probably went with “fast” and “clean” implementation because people were already demanding badly for it, not much more time to test things out
at least, a lot of people returned which made me happy a bit.
but hey, if people read clearly, you can take a month to get to class 15, pretty easy even for someone with a life.
@Batman yes you will, if you don’t mind, could you use your class reset voucher, but not confirm the usage? Just to check the warning message if it warned players about your class level/exp

Errr im at work… Will update later if i rmb to do it hahaha. Anyway… With all those updates on skills I actually thought they will give back our skill points but they didnt.
So im guessing… When they finally announce the changes on str and int, they wont be giving back our stat points then? Seriously this is one major beef i have with imc… I played other games who always auto-unallocate all your points when they change stuff. Some of u might have heard me say this more than 100 times already.
As for rank reset i dont even want it… I dont choose a specific class and then decide to change to a flavour of the month class… But i am forced to use it as a troublesome version of skill reset on my cryo to try out the new ice blast lol.

i dont know u, but sea/sa population generally dont even use gmail/steam/website on daily basis. Some dont even know how to use Uber. Game is for youngster age 12 and above. Not everyone is tech savvy. Thats why GUI and User friendly is important in any designing phase.
Also, even if the person know about website n such, not everyone have good command of English to decipher IMC’s translation. Thats why we have localized twTOS, jTOS, TOS ina. Language barrier is real world problem.
3rd, why publisher so cheapskate. Does it hurt to treat ur player/customer nicer? This is not about pointing fingers, its about making people feel worthwhile.
4th why doing things half assed, TOS already switch to full scale easy mode with pay-for-alot-convenience(p2w), holding hands themepark game, skill/stat/class reset…
IMC say they committed to make TOS great, so IMC can start by showing more empathy n considerate.
5th Game/software/services, these are intangible(mostly). So customer satisfaction is direct reflection to your revenue/popularity and indirectly promotes the product simultaneously.
In the end, more player = more potential customer = more sales/monie
anyway, bait planted.

Facepalm. Working in a tech company all I can say is not all people are that tech savvy but I wont take the bait. Some people obviously dont understand that.
