I was Rank 6 lvl 15 100%, I used the rank reset voucher but for I only get exp class card to get rank 6 0%!
Did you get the next rank advancement quest before use the class reset voucher? I think about the process lv bar might show the round up percent. If the actual percent was 99.997 but the bar might show 100 because it can only show up to 99.99 or 100.00.
Thought it reset to job level 1 unless you were rank 8.
I was Rank 6 Lv 15, The exp bar was full!

i guess you need to be on next rank… that might only work on rank 8 o.o
now I have a Lv 222 character with a Lv6 rank 0%.
Have you considered sending them a ticket? Don’t you have any screenshot or video at all?
I know someone that reset at Rank 7 lv15 and he did get the rank 8 card
Sadly I haven’t evidence but I think they have some record of characters status

Hello! I sent the ticket but I did not get answered. now I got a bugged character and so it will always be, because I cant balance level exp and class exp again. Sorry for my poor english.
