Transfer problem to SA - One or more characters is a party member

Ok, anyone can help? @Staff_Julie @STAFF_John

Me and my girlfriend are having problem during transfer apply, from Klaipeda to SA server

Already tried to enter and leave party with all characters in Klaipeda and Fedimian (where I have another 2 characters)

Anything we can do? Already sent a ticket to support, but the deadline to transfer is coming and the only thing they said is that the developers are looking for any problem in transfer.

Hi, dannlgx.

I’m not sure about your friend, but I’ve checked your activity log and saw that you deleted the party on all of your other characters within minutes on the same day.

This could be a website error on our side, so can I please have your friend’s team name as well so I can have you two transferred manually if you can’t submit your ticket by the deadline?

Thank you. Even if you can’t submit the transfer ticket, please make sure you two have fulfilled all the other prerequisites for a successful transfer. :slight_smile:

Hello @Staff_Julie i have a problem, i started playing yesterday and i want to level and then play at the LA server, but i am getting this error "“You do not have team in the selected server. Please confirm the name of your current server.” my team name: Josekun

can u trasnger me manually too please?

Well today is the deadline and we can not send a transfer ticket, can you manually transfer us?

My Steam acc: xcleric3 Team Name: Bolseiro
My girlfriend Steam: densetsuhana Team Name: Battleheart
Current Server: Klaipeda Want to: SA Server

@Staff_Julie Im having the same problem, my characters aren’t on a party and i get the same error. All the other prerequisites are fulfilled to, the transfer would be from Klaipeda To (SA) Silute the team name is Commander_Load.
Can you pls add me on the manually trasnfer List.
I will keep trying to subimit the ticket till the dead line btw
