Error on Server Transfer ( Klaipeda to Silute)

Hi, since April 28th im trying to transfer my character from Klaipeda to (SA) Silute, but always appear a message written

ā€œYour team can not be Transferred if, One or more of its characters is a party memberā€.
I already left the party, disbanned my pet, took all the itens from the Action House, i did everything that needed, but i could transfer, always showing the massage that couldnt transfer because im in a party. I already opened 2 tickets , 1 from 04/30/2016 and another from 05/02/2016. none of them i got a tip of what to do. I really want to tranfer my character, because i tried when the transfer was opened and i couldnt. All my friends got the transfer, but i didn`t. Could you guys help me on what i need to do to get the transfer done?

Me and my wife had the same error and the Staff said they would transfer us manually, but only my wife’s team was transfered…
Now all my friends and my wife are in SA Server and i’m not :confused:

Yep, but i had no answer yet, so i’m still trying.
The Supporter said to me that they can’t do nothing, because the transfer period is closed.
But I tried to send since it opened, now i’m waiting for the @Staff_Julie answer, she was the only one who tried help me.

I got the same problem, but since now, no one answered me, i hope @Staff_Julie help me on the manual transfer, because i couldn`t transfer when it was open because of the bug. When she talked to you? What day?
