[Transfer Problem] Why my team doesn't have been transfered?

Hey @Staff_Julie , I think u remember me… You said that you’ll transfer me and my girlfriend to SA manually, because we cant apply for transfer cause a error on website. But, my team dont get transfered… Only my girlfriend’s team gonna be transfered. So, I really want to know what’s happening about my team transfer. If i’ve done something wrong, or if you don’t understand something about our problem.

@Staff_Julie I Had the same problem, on that topic i requested the manually transfer and got no answer on that, i spoke with @STAFF_Ethan on that day who said that i didn’t had to worry about that cuz they knew about that issue, just to find that my characters are still on Kaipleda. I just want to play with my friends and guild who are all in (SA) Silute now.

Just did write ticket, realized my transfer to EU as well didn’t happen, thought the maintenance compensation is awarded already on the to-be-home server (I had empty team there created, maybe that’s what messed up the xfer…).

Yeah, we paid for a VIP early access and we got a clumsy beta test in disguise, to complete with a blackout from the support team.

Me and a few friends are having the same issue and no answer either.

The same here, 3 tickets, one they answered on the same day, asking the server that i want to go and when i requested, but i already said that on my ticket, maybe they just don’t care about us.

Same problem, i payed the early access in day 1 and now the SA server opened, and for irl stuff i missed the transfer period, and they didn’t even answered my ticket or the e mail i sent :confused:
At least arrange another date for account transfering, instead of leaving us hanging here :confused:

Indeed they don’t care, I doubt this game will hang in for long, in market with so much competition with such attitude towards their paying customers…

Got answer from support:
We understand you would like to request to server transfer. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that the request for server transfer service has now ended. We are no longer accepting request for Server Transfer.
