While we’re on the topic of trade, auction and the like… the wait time after selling something on the market is a bit too high. Over a day and a half to retrieve the silver from a hair costume I sold today. I should think 24 hours is sufficient.

Ive been saying that. IMC is doing it backwards by making players suffer just to hinder bots a little. players will leave not because of bot but because of bad features

There is no purpose for having to wait in order to receive an item purchased or silver from an item sold.
I really, really see no purpose at all. Is this some sort of way to combat gold sellers? I really can’t tell. It doesn’t stop the gold sellers. -
We can’t build an economy; a select group controls the economy(and they don’t even have much control).
Come on, IMC. Is this your first time playing a game? Gold sellers don’t disappear. But if there’s a good economy, players wont have to resort to buying silver. A simple Googling of “Have you bought from a gold seller before [ insert game name ]” will surely lead you to discussions as to why people buy from gold sellers. But that isn’t even necessary, just think about it thoroughly.
An economy in a game tends to be greatly considered when someone decides to play that game.

Too many “gold sinks” in combination with poor economy.
I wouldn’t even be upset paying 25k+ silver for an attribute or enhancing…if only the economy wasn’t so poor, and the restrictions on buying/selling/trading weren’t so severe. As the original poster said, “Stop treating everyone like criminals;” Even in games where players can list 20 items on the auction house, we work hard to save our gold/silver. Don’t be so…afraid(?).
And holy crap, that tax is worse than tax in real life lol. Even 10% is a lot as a Token user. I can’t even make the tiniest bit of silver, because the tax is too much(yeah, I am that broke at this moment. Back to selling loot to a merchant lol).
I feel like these are poorly considered attempts at ridding bots/gold sellers. I still see them–we all do!
Perhaps the real issue is, why is that IMC is failing to detect these bots? They aren’t using advanced patterns. The corruption doesn’t lie within the players, it is within IMC. They’re so proud about banning some bots that they have to post about it every time they do it, lol.
And with all of the money IMC is making, you’d think they would have the funds to properly approach these issues.

IMC isn’t going to lose money.
“They have to make money somehow” this…don’t ever say this again lol. IMC is just not being creative–I imagine most of us here can think of a game that rolls in money from players in a F2P game.
I don’t even need to elaborate on this. IMC will always be able to make money, if they properly work on their TP Shop. So far it looks great, and I personally look forward to future updates to the shop. Take my money, but don’t take my money just so I can obtain access to basic gameplay features such as trading. Which leads me to my next bullet… -
Just let me play the game.
FFS, there are way too many restrictions on basic transactions between players in an online game. My friends that are waiting for the F2P launch wont even be able to receive help from me. I can’t even give them silver or items or a welcoming gift. All we want is to trade and sell/buy stuff; these are such basic actions in a game. Let us do that, please.
Suggestions:
Improve your bot detection strategies. There are ways to find bots without manually looking through a list of names that were reported and investigating them.
Adjust Token’s benefits. Lets make it so that they can list 15 items, or they have a “Premium Listing,” where their item is listed above all others within the category. Non-Token users can list only 5-10. [While you’re at it, don’t tax so much lol]
Just let us trade. I’ve said it enough. It’s a basic feature in all games. We aren’t the bad guys. Stop punishing us. I played in CBT, and I was able to play with my friends, and we helped each other out–now we are divided because we can’t even help each other with anything because only a few of us have Tokens.
Remove that weird waiting period to receive silver after an item has been sold. Why does it even exist? Lol. [In addition, remove the waiting period to use the Auction House…also pointless]
Improve the TP Shop. The game is still new, I know. And I’m sure there are huge plans to add to the TP Shop. Enhancement protection items, lower cool down potions, “Potential” protection items, etc
And of course, costumes and hairstyles lol.

Yeah dude this is the sad part of the game for f2p aka founders exclussive access 3 pack (aside from party bots and spammers): cannot trade, cannot use your own account storage (team storage) without a token, a whopping 30% commission on market WTF!, retrieving of an item or silver in the market 2 days waiting time WTF!. selling 1 item at a time… WTF! sorry, /sry… /swt. I hope IMC will change this, yeah… I hope

I’m one of the people who wants this game to be b2p but I agree with your statement no one is f2p right now everyone paid tokens worth of money, this game feels like it’s under martial law. I agree that it’s stupid and crazy that token buyers are limited to trading and so are f2p players. tbh the 30% exp is enough for me too buy a token, I honestly think that the +3 movement speed and team storage access for token users is bull crap . team storage should be accessible even to f2p players at least limited the size of the storage , not letting them access is pretty harsh

let me say, people complaining because they like this game, or else they wont even bother.
for me i can say, even they lower the restriction, i still felt like they “crippled” this game so much, and its get frustrated.
even they said the restriction actually to fight gold seller, but i think, its just to make token more favorable by players.
i think they should create some feature that available only to token, but definitely not a “trade” feature.
ie: only token player can build a home and craft furniture for the home, those furniture can grant you a buff that last for few hours if you use it.

We both agree that the strategy prevents the bot/gold seller to be delayed. This doesn’t remove the issue, it simply delays the issue. Not much different than allowing no waiting period. In fact, the bots/gold sellers probably don’t even care.

I don’t quite understand how this prevents people from dominating the market. It’s dominated by a select group: Token users, and gold sellers. If you can elaborate on how it prevents domination, I would like to be convinced.

Right now, buying silver is cheaper than buying the Founders Pack on Steam lol. Anyway, as I mentioned, if we had a good economy, we would have less silver-buyers. It’s how these games work.

I wish IMC, for ToS, would not be F2P too. If it gives me more freedom, I wouldn’t mind. And it weeds out some unwanted players. Regardless, even in games that aren’t F2P, there are bots lol.

I didn’t want to go into detail regarding this. Their bot detection strategy is completely barbaric, you can’t deny this. I’m not asking them to do anything advance, but IMC should consider looking to their RO senpais. I don’t have to say more, because anyone that knows a bit of how online games function should understand. If you have nothing constructive to say, lets move on.

I can farm money for hours while my boyfriend cannot, but I cannot give money to him, and i cannot give him item to finish the fed quests since they limit our trade to 30 for 30 days, so I can trade him once a day, but there are five quests, so I can only help him for just one quest. Think as a party helping other ppl quest but cannot because of the trade restriction.
