Trade not allowed

I dont need a party, after being in all betas I came to conclusion. they would be slowing me down. I had a mate , but he is done with this game. You have a point there.Furthermore you get gear from quests often that’s practically the best for you, you can go and grind 10 hours to make something better if you want.

Then you being a solo player, not everyone enjoys playing solo. Alot of the people i play games with i dont think would play if they didn’t have anyone to play with, because were social mmo players.

thats 15-120 stuff…the 120 crafted and 75 main story quest wise crafted too wich cant be traded anyways…could replace any 15+ gear with lv 15 gear and nth would change gear makes no difference in such an early level xD

You’re still missing the point.

I imagine these guys are casual players, probably around lvl 40-50 right now , I kinda understand him. If he plays 1-2 hours a day with a couple of his friends. Then that morning star is like a blessing from the lord jesus himself.

In which case god bless those poor souls once they get to the grind walls.
He might have a point here.

I’m not in the business of defending it but there are other ways around your problem than just reverting to normal trades. Right now all this no trades business is ensuring is that they aren’t losing money for working on methods of prevention.

If I were looking to implement trades I could limit them through a guild unlockable which could be taken away by enemy guilds, or something of the sort. This way it could be an incentive to join a guild and make the community more interactive in the process. This is a random idea keep in mind.

I’m more interested in that kind of solution than what I’m seeing through all the whining.

Even when your level climbs up to 1XX or even 2XX, you still should be able to trade materials, potions, whatever you want really. The level of play shouldn’t even matter. This is the most basic MMO feature.

@Edward_Teach @sephi4321 sure bro. tos best single player rpg right. the only interaction you get right now are probably with bots spamming shouts. but yeah, as long as you have fun then its ok. solo all the way

You don’t get it, we just wanna be able to trade with out friends and have fun. Why is that so hard to understand, stop making excused for this game to not have trading. Its a basic mmo function, i have never seen a game that doesn’t allow their players to trade between themselves.

It’s not I don’t want it, it just that I have an ambition, it’s a speed run for me. I’ve been racing every single time … and now is not the exception. I felt super bad when I tuned down a newbie today on my alt… but I can hardly imagine that a new player could keep up … some players can’t even hit the mobs properly, still getting used to the controls.

I don’t consider valid criticism to be whining, but I understand why people have to try and dumb it down to that. They did the same thing when IMC was going to make the EA three months for $50.00. But guess who won?

I’m not a fan of that guild thing by any means. This pretty much forces you to join preexisting guilds rather than make your own for the ability to trade early on. I don’t see why 1:1 trading can’t be an unlimited thing for everyone. Making it guild restricted does nothing for the community. It only discourages breaking out on your own.

This game only has basic features. The class system doesn’t even work properly and it’s one of the buggiest monetized games I’ve seen in my life… ubisoft would be proud. What else do you recon could they sell? Without going full p2w?

Exactly what i’m thinking too, its not whining when its valid criticism of something that is in need of a change. If i dont like something i will make a complaint about it, and this is one of those things that is in need of being talked about. I dont like the way this is going because the game is actually pretty fun and i think that not being able to trade is going to be damaging in the long run for the game.

@Edward_Teach and thats exactly why you need to complain about something, if you dont like it then say something. Nothing will change if nobody says anything. If everyone is silent then the company will just think nobody cares.

You sell what every game sells: Cosmetics.

You sell things that add to the experience. You don’t take away pieces of the game and start charging for it. I’d literally have to pay for a normal experience and even then its not a normal experience since trades are still heavily limited even if you do pay.

May next they’ll charge for Rank 4 advancement or higher. If you can’t pay, you’ll be stuck with Rank 3. You can still level your base level with those first rank skills, so you don’t REALLY need class ranks right? Who knows what else they can nickle and dime.

Mate cosmetics , require work to do. Why sell cosmetics if you can milk ppl 18 dolla a month for the ability to trade. You’re not thinking logically.

Let’s charge for parties and the ability to join guilds. How about we charge for the ability to earn silver. That way bots can’t earn any silver unless they buy a token. That’ll stop 'em.

Charge for every 15 steps you take aswell while were at it then. If bots can’t walk they can’t bot!

Why don’t we just make the game B2P plus subscription based. That’ll get the bots. FFXIV and WoW don’t have any bots at all! Paywalls are the best solution to bots!

I wasn’t protecting the company I was criticising it for lack of meaningfull items. You misunderstood my point. I was being sarcastic. Why do you need trade in a game that arguably lacks any meaningful upgrades.

That’s why this game will die. Only the stupid will pay and the rest will leave. When they aren’t making enough off of it, the game dies which will happen sooner rather than later.
