There’s quite a few ro-hungry fanatics, who actually believe this game is the comming of jesus christs itself. I don’t think it’s going to die immidiatly… but I don’t see it becoming anything special at all.
Scroll up and read why. This is literally going in circles.
“Why do you need to trade? Nothing is worth trading.”
“We have things we want to trade.”
“But those things don’t matter. Why do you need to trade?”
And repeat until someone gets bored and leaves.
Both complaints are valid, but opposing.
Id rather have more items than the option to trade tho if I had to choose one.
But even if the game lacks meaningful upgrades, the game should still have trading available for people to use. But if you feel the game has a lack for meaningful items, you should talk about that. Anything that you feel is an issue is a valid concern, were customers to a company after all.
But as @Rubiss says, were not gonna be able to agree on this matter. So we can all agree to disagree then. It’s just gonna go in a circle.
thats why I posted, It makes me laugh to think that ppl are more concerned that they can trade when the game lacks items. All I get is a bunch of garbage that will never be used. I’ve millions of silver that I presumably never spend on anything else than pots… even the end game items I have set my eyes on aren’t that bad to purchase.
This topic is about the ability to trade, not the endgame items. If you’re concerned about the endgame post in a topic relevant or make one. Just because you think the endgame issue is of a higher priority than trading, doesn’t make it any less valid. This topic is here to talk about that.
It’s not an endgame issue , tts an issue throughout. I find it funny that you would want to trade garbage;p that’s the point.
Point noted. You find it funny that we wish to trade items of little value in the grand scheme of things.
Make a topic about it! You said it yourself both of the complains are valid but the lack of meaningful items is an issue too, but not a issue to be discussed here, go open a topic and start a discussion about it!
also one mans garbage is another mans treasure so even if i wanna trade trash to my friends i should be able too.
I mean if you are really desperate you can buy it… its not like you have anything else to spend the silver for unless you’re like priest then I understand your pain.
Missing the point completely. I don’t think I can explain myself any further to you. I’m going to stop replying to you, I think.
The only thing I want to see is what they do with it, I don’t really care if I can’t trade at the moment but maybe I will later bu that’s me personally. What’s more important to me are things like if they are planning on having multiple forms of TP and ways to acquire them for example.
How easy will it be for me to get a token once everything is up and running?
Do they plan on doing something with the features they took away in a way which could help nurture environment they want within the game?
Nonetheless, why I say all I see here is whining is because at this point in this thread I see assumptions of things we know nothing about as well as people who stopped actually having a constructive discussion.
If you want to know my stance, I am neutral. I myself only am in want for a little more transparency and not reluctant acceptance. I do acknowledge this is probably hard accomplish when the developers are across the sea. Nonetheless it really helps people understand, give more grounded feedback and help the game overall.
Suit yourself m8 . Don’t expect any improvement tho. I’ve been crying salty tears since 1st beta to make this game better, It’s actually getting worse over time.
The devs are more likely to ask you about your favorite emoticons than any important game features.
I think that you’re wrong here.
Let’s just assume that dropped stuff suck so much that we don’t need to trade. (That’s not my opinion, @Chili gave me an Honey Star during iCBT2 and I had been infinitely grateful for that gem that I managed to upgrade to +13.)
Like @Rubiss, says, if you’re concerned about the lack of hard to obtain (hence costy) stuff, which would warrant trading in competitive playing, you’ll end concerned about trading once this type of stuff will be added. (If they ever happen to be, which you don’t believe, and I’d be inclined to follow you on this, given ToS history, but that’s another matter.)
So we’re tackling the most obvious problem first.
Not to mention that if you’re having too much silver, it means that you’re playing a class which doesn’t rely too much on attributes. Theses have been a real money sink on my Sorc.
By the way, there is lots of clever people posting in this topic tonight. And I want to thank you all for the good read.
To add something relevant to the topic, someone made a change.org petition so the people who care about this issue can sign it. The more people who sign it the better! Lets make the change we want happen!
You only got part of my message.
One of my comments said that the legendary stuff is simply too difficult to make. You’re super lucky that you had a friend that would do this for you.
The chance of that happening is like 1 in couple thausand.
This topic is about the ability to trade. So if you want to see what the developers do with TP, token acquirement and how they will give players without a token the ability to access basic features that’s best pursued elsewhere. This topic isn’t about any of that. It is about the validity of having trading locked behind a paywall.
Neutral, is a position that not a lot of people like, for a variety of reasons. For one, being neutral means you have no strong opinion one way or the other. That means that there is not much meaning in what you say as you’re trying to play both sides or play neither side. Being neutral is very similar to being complacent and accepting. Either you want the change to trading or you don’t. Pick a side.
And as for the whining, I haven’t seen any recently. What I see are people expressing why the trading system is flawed right now. There are no assumptions being made. Trading is hidden behind a paywall and restrict. What are we assuming? That nothing will be done? Nah, I believe something will be done. If enough people make enough noise about it. Look at the Founder’s Pack. Complaining got us a compromise. It’ll happen again.
Hey, you’re not making yourself easy to understand there. (But I like the attitude, that’s interesting, despite being a “little” counterproductive :p)
Im holding 3 conversations at the same time at this point,Everyone wants to have an argument and slip in a point of view. Might be too much for me xD, Im a bit tired . Tho one thing should be clear I wish to insult this game in every way possible.
