As information isn’t finalized yet, I don’t want to comment on anything. So meanwhile, let us embrace the Templars!
What we need that comes with Templars: assassins!
Oh gosh, the possibilities. Hahaha!

Gussing the JCBt iis testing hidden classes, who knows, next GCBT might test on ranks.
Don’t lecture me about arguments when your idea of one is “I don’t like it therefore it is stupid”. You were not arguing, you were bitching and griping, saying that a feature which you yourself said you have no idea about is stupid. You’re trying to pass off your personal opinions as actual indisputable facts. To that same extent, just because something is perceived as not being user friendly or impractical doesn’t mean it’s bad. People who play and appreciate games like Dark Souls or Bloodborne might argue against your COMMON SENSE. Granted this is ToS and not DS or BB but that’s not to say they can’t take a page from their playbook and deviate from the standard “I’ll hold your hand and spoonfeed you every single damn thing” scheme of most other MMOS out there. It seems that you like applying your brand “common sense” to scrutinize other people’s ideas but when someone else dismantles yours you can’t handle it.
I’ll end this with another quote of yours which I find is highly appropriate, not to mention an accurate description of you and @thebloodyaugust
I personally would like to see a guild which compromised of Hoplites which then make a formation out of Centurions which then will be lead by a Templar.
Jokes aside, ToS does bring many interesting, unique, and not-so-common mechanics or system to its players.
Personally, I see ToS’ Guild System as unique and one-of-a-kind, just like their Class Advancement System. Either people will like it or not, well, that’s IMC’s problem, not mine. (As I wanted to realize that crazy idea of mine in the first paragraph.)
I wouldn’t mind a guild making class, I’m glad that the devs are being inventive with their ideas instead of going with the normal routine. I’d also like to see various npc led faction-guilds with different goals, confrontations, meetings and events with this just being a way to break off from those.
you need DL the VIP access, that a requirement for registration JCBT, i done registered there
Yay! Finally done with JP registration. hahaha.
Good thing my bestfriend helped me in translation. You will always be my bestfriend Google.
bing is crying alone in the corner
Now, let’s just wait for the lottery and see if luck is good or not.
Do you receive antconfirmation email?
I did the registration but im not sure if i did it well.
Yes. what I did is:
Again, where is the problem …
So, for example, I don’t like competition, me and my friends play only to have fun -> We are stupid and useless and don’t deserve a guild ? (I do love pvp personnally but a lot of my mates really don’t)
Sounds like those WoE Elitist on Ro
Guess what, if Templar happens to be the only way to have a guilde, then i’ll do it, but it’s still not a smart way to make guilds, because for example I don’t want to be a Swordman in the first place.
Like some people said, the best would be a class independent quest/rank so any Rank 8 could create a guild, make it even harder if it needs too, that’ll still be a 10 times funnier way to create your guild. Don’t force people into something, that is not fun, and fun is what you seek when you play a video game.
@serusalti You, should really really chill … You basically came here in the sole purpose of harrassing Arukado. You serve no opinion, no ideas, no questions.
Go take a shower, or run 20 minutes.
Dear @serusalti,
Sorry to find a system crappy because it limits (on the paper, IG we still don’t know, we’ll see) the enthusiasm and the accessibility to everyone of a game feature, even if it looks like a brand new inventive system.
It’s a better argument than the emptiness of your speech. That’s what is called common sense, genius.
In the other hand, comparing DS/BB with a MMORPG to talk about common sense, is not smart. Just saying.
I do not criticize the originality when it has a good purpose, great sense.
But for now, I don’t see the good part at all of this guild system (and I’m not the only one I guess too). We still obviously have to wait for more infos and first impressions.
PS: you dismantle nothing, because you give no argument. You’re just barking at me So much fun, thanks ^^
False. My initial post addressed in general people who were griping about a topic they knew very little to nothing about. Your friend just happened to be one of them. Can’t be dishing out criticism when you can’t handle being on the receiving end. Here is a link for your conveniences.
Supporting details, in fact, are what normal people use when arguing their points.
False. Here is a perfectly valid opinion
Another false claim from your end. Here is a pretty decent idea of mine.
And finally here are not one but actually two questions. Gee you’re like 4/4 for being horribly wrong, you’re quite good at this.
To sum it all up, I can understand why you’re taking a stand against my evil crusade against baseless accusations, arguments that have no legs to stand on, and general lack of common sense. You are like the batman of weak arguments, the hero that lack of common sense needs but doesn’t necessarily deserve… and I respect that you stand for that. It’s cute. You demonstrated in 3 sentences what took others several replies to prove - your proficiency in all of those that i just mentioned. Also i’m pretty chill. Don’t mistake my being articulate and me making sense (a concept that is quite foreign to you and your circle of friends) as me being antagonistic for shits and giggles. I’m doing exactly the same thing as you are. Expressing my opinion. Only two differences are:
Hey Arukado… I’m gonna let you in on a little secret. Do you know why you can’t see the “good part” behind this whole templar idea? It’s because the devs have actually yet to reveal their rationale behind it. So i’m not sure how you’re able to freely criticize its originality when you yourself can’t tell what its exact purpose is let alone discern whether it’s good or bad. I think people call that “rushing to judgment”.
But of course you don’t let lack of information affect your decision making at all. Didn’t stop you from writing up this gem of a piece despite acknowledging yourself you know close to nothing about it. You don’t need me to dismantle your arguments, seems like you do a stellar job on your own.
Oh god… Thanks for the tip @serusalti. But you must read more carefully, or dig deeper.
I think you’re out of the topic. It’s not a matter of who’s right or wrong here.
In fact, that’s true, it’s a “rush to judgement”, because like I said:
That means nobody actually knows how the system trully works (I’m being nice, I highlight the important parts, just for you to understand). Only the future will tell.
But, just a question: can’t we discuss about something, even if we don’t know a lot about it?
I mean, you react like we weren’t allowed to express advices/points of view/hypotheses/speculations on the forum of a game. Take a break.
For what we actually know (even if we’re lacking of infos), I may (if you let me… Please?) express my feelings about a guild system, like anyone else here. We can argue about what seems good/bad I guess. I’m not saying I have the almighty solution, or that I’m right and you don’t.
If you don’t want to discuss, then quit.
If you just want to wait for infos before giving your feelings about it (the wisest thing), then wait.
But it doesn’t give you the legitimate right to bark and reprimand someone like you do.
But if you want to participate to the discussion before having the infos, do it properly.
You absolutely have the right to disagree, but you must give arguments (here about the guild system), thing that you still don’t do (saying “the devs said…” isn’t an personal & relevant argument, just expressing a global triviality).
That is called “logic”, too.
Earlier you asked me how it was immature.
“NO i want to create a guild WHEN I want it and HOW I want it and any other way or idea that differs from mine is STUPID”
Making up sentences in putting them in some one else mouth is rude. AND USING CAPSLOCK AND CAPITALIZING WORDS MAKES A PERSON SEEM IRRITATING NOT RESPECTABLE. As i just displayed i probably come off more as a annoyance now.
Capitalization, like underlining, boldfacing, and italicizing can be used to show emphasis. Not once did I type an entire sentence in all caps. I could substitute any combination of the other examples of showing emphasis I cited and my points and arguments would remain unchanged.
I wasn’t putting words in anyone’s mouth. That is, in essence, the gist of what it was originally referring to. Paraphrasing, if you will.
I could care less if I seem irritating or not respectable to you. That is how you view me, that is your opinion and you are by all means entitled to it. My points are valid. The questions I posed, relevant.
I know you didn’t and i know you were trying to emphasis words i was just giving you a example of how its more annoying and offensive then helpful.

The sentence i quoted earlier was never stated by anyone but you and paraphrasing is changing someone elses words into your own, so yes that is doing what i described. As after changing the words your throwing them back as someone elses opinion with out the same meaning.

Fair enough. But if you want someone to understand your opinion and potential change there mind thats a bad way to go about it. And if thats the case and you don’t want to discuss both sides of the argument and you just want to shout an opinion at them whats the point in engaging in the discussion in the first place?
Not trying to be a ass it just doesn’t make sense to me.
what is OTP client? where to download?
Go on youtube. I don’t have the link here at work but there is a step by step video walk through and it tells you where to dl it with links.
Paraphrase definition. A restatement of speech or writing that retains the basic meaning while changing the words. For your convenience, seeing as how you don’t quite seem to grasp how paraphrasing works.
I would have to disagree. The perception of how much of an ass someone is, that is relative from person to person. I’m factual and blunt. Honesty and frankness is exactly just that to some people but to others that qualifies as “being an ass”. It is not my job to hold someone’s hand while i’m debating him about his flawed viewpoints. I’ve been nothing but clear and concise and if you have problems understanding my words in their current state it is not my job to chew it up and regurgitate it back into your mouth like momma bird just so you can consume and digest it better. Similarly, If you’re not used to being held accountable for what you say or being debated on its validity that, Sir, is not my problem.
Done! Thank you man. hahahah
