I too would like to cancel the team name change request i put in for Orsha server, I didn’t realize it would send since I needed to send a refund request for having changed my Team name on Klaipeda server before the announcement. thank you.
I tried to send the ticket but the option [Team Name Reset] is no longer there, and Im still on time i think… already sent a ticket explaning this

@Staff_Julie i successfully swapped team name, but my friend lists and all messages also got swapped…
I did not receive the team name reset.
I sent the ticket days ago.
When can I get the free reset?
Worked well. Thanks. A little buggy though that I saw messages I sent my friends on whisper days before.
My team name was reset and taken from me when I did not request a reset. This is ridiculous.
