You still don’t get it? any gap from STR (block pen, p.atk, c.atk) can be covered by gears.
but Gap from DEX (EVA, Crit rate, Accuracy) can’t be covered easily. what’s more, the increasing level will just make gears to Cover up for Crit %.
(gears can’t salvage that much EVA from DEX)
(Crit rate with increasing level is your enemy)
(accuracy? a 260 Doppel still misses at PvP, a definite NO for your argument)
you want proof? ask your TOP SWORDSMAN who says ‘YELLOW DAMAGE EVERYWHERE’, but then again his vids shows pathetic rates of landing crits.

I don’t see the over whelming of in need of dex. It make’s you attain rather over killing max crit rate to the point even 200 crit resist mobs will get 100% crit on @_@…
Either way the game is in favor of dex currently but that’s doesn’t say anything about the future in fair share. Since it can go either way as long as IMC tries to be funny.

what really was the issue here is how he trashed dex players. me personally I have no problem against him, even consulted for him on some advice but after trying out his style it didn’t work out for me. he attacked people for playing their own way and claims that his way is the only way.
heck it triggered me when he attacked dex swordsman. but there were already enough people answering so I just sat back and just read the comments here. lul

If they concern on block penetration because for low STR and high DEX, you can use the glove to compensate low block pen
But for high STR and low DEX , you will have a hard time getting crit rate
Show me how to compensate low crit rate with gear
Then may be i will start investing in str again
FYI, my stat dont go full DEX
they’ll say level 10 green gem, which is close to impossible to have one atm, let alone getting 2-3 of those. and imagine having to remove those for new weapon. millions of exp down the drain lul

It actually depend on class by class basis. For example hoplite 3 have up to 150-190 crit rate free finestra. divine might + zega swap + gem
So it can reduce the amount of capped dex and throw the rest in STR for maximise damage. So either way you can’t really go wrong with balance.
level 8 gems *3(156) + sissel(74)+ max peta(14) + lolo (25+46) + 8 ellaganos(80). It’s easy getting to lv7 gems these day honestly.
can you share how to reach *10 gem ?
coz getting *7 is already hard
if investing in dex easier than getting 3pcs *7 green gem + 2pcs sissel + 3pcs HC1/2/3 crit rate
then i’ll chose the easy path
You can get level 1-3 abrasive that give shiet loads of whooping exp from evac pendulum
You can get up to lv2 abrasive(15K) or more on uphill. TBL gives level 2 as well every 3 day? or was it 4.

wow really? I only saw some guy here at the swordsman forum (I think he was Hop-Cor) who got a level 9 green gem. I don’t wanna make assumptions but that’s ALOT of materials. either super rich or playing tos 24/7
can’t speak for other people but I myself prefer Dex no matter how fcuked I would be. just have to find a way to make myself viable enough to not be a burden on group content.
right now I’m doing high dex (high, not full) doppel with no dov. I like it better.

i casually farmed evac only for 14 days and i got 2x level 7 gems. Evac give you levle 3 gems and pendulum give you lv 1 - 3 abrasive (3k, 15.5k, 31k) and rng hates you, you get stamina pills lel.
Just 20 minute a day. If you added in what i mention level 10 gems now in 1 mth and 2 of it, isn’t a myth.
