I’m sorry for creating topics like these. But I do need to ask for support from other players that are still unable to receive rewards from Team Battle League.
I reported this bug:
In which I was unable to redeem my Event Title from Message Box. In the case - it wasn’t given to my character then was registered as already received in my Message Box. Still I never received it in my character nor was able to use it.
I still have yet to receive another 300-point reward from having 15 wins on a 2nd character.
How many players still have problem of rewards gone missing after trying to redeem and yet didn’t receive anything?
How many players did have this problem and it is fixed now?
I’ve been trying to contact staff members @STAFF_Max@STAFF_John@STAFF_Ines@STAFF_Amy but I yet didn’t get any answer after this bug happened. Yet I received answers from before the bug happened and they stopped as soon I wasn’t able to retrieve the reward.
How many of you contacted any of these staff members to fix the rewards? Did you have any success?
As well I have tickets pending on the same topic and as well questions when I wanted to ask information about Team Battle League. Still no answers and @STAFF_Amy was online some minutes ago.
The maximum I got in my private message was @STAFF_Max inviting @STAFF_Amy to our conversation. Still I have no answer on my topic.
It seems @STAFF_John and @STAFF_Amy both are able handle to our case since both were invited to private messages.
Still we have no answers.
May we have at least any information on when we will receive the given rewards that was never given to our characters?

So I can keep my diary on the 2nd post updated on whether the staff members were online that day and if they had any activity on forums. If they had, it means we are being ignored again.
As well, I have submitted tickets related to Team Battle League questions and problems - no answer.
Day 1: I didn’t receive reward in my Message Box. Opened a private message and got answers from @STAFF_John who asked if I was able to receive it from Message Box and if I wasn’t to message him back. I did try to receive as soon I saw it was in my Message Box. Never received the item in my character. Answered back in my private message - Nothing.
Day 2: Still no answers. Tried to private message other staff members. @STAFF_Max had read my message and invited @STAFF_Amy to it. But @STAFF_Amy was online about 20 minutes ago and still we don’t have any answers. @STAFF_John and @STAFF_Ines were both online 2 hours ago, 5 hours ago, and I have been keeping track of they online time since 2:00 a.m. server time. Still no answers. I do understand that there other messages from other players and a lot to do. But still. It’s a full time of work already and we don’t even have any information on what happened or what will happen with our rewards. As well @STAFF_Max replied to topics 3 hours ago. Which means they are still active on forums.

-> 10h21 p.m. (server time) @STAFF_John online. Waiting if there’s any answer on my private messages.
-> 10h35 p.m. (server time) one of my tickets got a reply - still nothing as the reply only asked if I still had the issue and asked me to send another ticket in this case.

-> 0:13 a.m. (server time) @cjk8828 online. Sent private message.
-> Going to sleep. One more day ignored :\
Day 4: STAFF_John sent me the title again - solved.
I didnt get the reward also, claimed it in my mail, but it didnt give any confirmation so I logged in. When I went back to char selection it said I claimed it, but it wasnt in my inventory.
in all imc’s bug that i face, this is the 1 most fcking frustrating bug ever…
spending time in team battle league with toxic player and other bugs end up we get nothing…
Futhermore 50 free tp that i save for opening slot for my new char are now gone…
Meanwhile all my guildmates alrdy received the tbl point, 1 exp tome and 50 free TP after the temporary maintenance…and im the only 1 who suffer because of this poor skill, “postpone” thing imc staff.

Same thing happened to me with the 300 battle points and first compensation exp tome. Redeemed from mailbox after the routine maintenance but before the first temporary maintenance, but didn’t appear on my character. I sent a support ticket and got a reply saying they would forward it on to the dev team. I really hope they follow this up.
IMHO. There’s nothing to forward to the dev team. They just need to reset our reward messages or give item to them somehow. Given that they have access to this and to all logs. This shouldn’t be a dev problem.
Not sure exactly how I can help… but you could try letting here your team name and character name too? Maybe some STAFF see it and helps instead of only by messages/tickets ( ? )
