[Solved] Survival and Victory Event Title Reward wasn't given to character and disappeared from Lodge

Bug Description :
I tried to redeem my Survival and Victory Event Title Reward item but I didn’t receive it in my character. After trying to give it to Reisen, the item was still colored and then I logged in the game to check if I received the item. I didn’t receive. Tried to go back to lodge to check if I could try again, wasn’t able to redeem it anymore because it seems the item was already redeemed.

Still waiting @STAFF_John or @STAFF_Max answers.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Login into the lodge.
2. Click on the item and mark to receive.
3. Select the character to receive the item.
4. Character doesn’t receive the item reward and item in Message Box is gone.

Another thing to note is that I redeem my reward after the 2nd maintenance. Everyone who tried to redeem any mail before lost their items.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I sent a ticket but no response. Best combatant gone lol.

Update:
I received a message containing the title Survival and Victory EVENT with a empty body:

It seems to be related to my 3rd week with 2nd character when I didn’t receive the reward. Still I’m unable to redeem the reward and title.
