tl;dr 300 points reward from TBL event is “claimed” but it is not in my inventory nor my TBL points have increased, thus it is missing.

After maintenance yesterday, I tried claiming the reward from TBL event and the exp tome from extended maintenance, but nothing happens when I claim them so I just logged in. After minutes, there was an announcement that an extended maintenance will happen so I logged off. Now, I see the TBL event’s reward as blacked out/claimed, but it is not in my inventory. (The new and prior extended maintenance compensations were successfully retrieved. Only the 300 points from event is missing.)

i count more than 15 wins last week and didnt get any, did the first match doesnt count as win por 15 win requisite for the 300 points ?

It showed my reward when the swimsuit maintenance came, so I clicked on it but when I did I never got the points. It seems other people had this problem. IMC seems like they have a lot on their plate right now because they won’t get back to us on this and the bug when you use a skill and nothing happens is still going around. That makes it sometimes really hard to play, especially if you have a skill that takes around 4 seconds to charge and then it doesn’t work, then you wait there for another 2 seconds because of the bug and then you have to charge it up again for 4 seconds, lol.
