This is something commonly known among players in every kind of MMORPG, and it does apply in every situation, ever. You may not be aware of it but i’ll clarify.
It is true you haven’t, but understand:
Each and every guild should have it’s own values, which is what they believe, what they defend, and what’s their stance about things. The leader is responsible for creating and maintaining these values, making sure all of their members follow it. Thus, when a person joins a guild, he instantly inherits everything that guild has, which doesn’t limit to but includes: reputation, enemies, values
In PhoenixDown you wont ever see someone acting out of our moral values, i guarantee you that for we are a group of severely selected players, we do not randomly pick just anybody to join our guild.
PhoenixDown values are stated in our rules:
1 - If you want to be respected, start off by being respectul
(We were not the ones saying “remove dirty Infinity trash” in town as a ‘joke’, it’s unbeliavable you guys allow these kinds of ‘jokes’. It also means we do not allow our members to do disrespectful things such as: speaking in our native language (portuguese) in the global chat, generalizing people based on stupid stereotypes, saying things such as “amerifats” or “eurobads”, etc)
2 - Take care of our own as if they were our own brothers and sisters
(Which means: if you offend one of us, you’ve offended all of us. If you attack one of us, you’ll have to handle all of us by yourself, this is why we always come as a big group whenever attacked, what Infinity insists on calling “zerging”)
3 - Play fair and square, always.
(You wont see PhD members using bots, hacking, bug exploiting, scamming, lying to others. Each and every person we played it in-game knows we always try to help whoever we can whenever we can)
Obviously sometimes a member or another slips out of the line, but they are severely punished right away. And we give no 3rd chances to any member.
For a matter of fact, Cider (your leader) grinded alongside us @ Alemeth Forest for hours and hours and we didn’t have a single problem. He/She knew we were brazilian (for we spoke in portuguese sometimes in the party chat with a brazilian player from Myst)
It’s just as she said:
“Fortunately, i have nothing against you as a person. Unfortunately, i must fulfill my duty as guild leader and Eliminate all Brazilians”
Unfortunately though Cider seems to have no grip of their member’s actions, he/she seems to support these actions or not do anything about it at all, leading us to believe she’s an accomplice to all of this xenophoby. A Guild Leader is the reflect of it’s guild’s members and actions, thus, for us, each and every member of Infinity accepts the fact that he joined a guild of Xenophobe Nazis. Because that’s all your guild has shown so far in this whole thread.
If you expect us to read some stupid kid trying to offend us with something like “you live in a favela” and be quiet about it, it wont happen. We don’t get offended, we’re far above those petty xenophobe actions, but we’ll surely fight for our pride.
Our way to take Infinity is not biased, we simply gathered all of the information demonstrated by Infinity’s members in this thread and risked down their name as: Xenophobe Nazis. And for the sake of information, we are not the only ones thinking like that in the Klaipeda World.
