I like the rates the way they are, we should all come together and accept them for their personality.
If you refuse to accept and love them then you are a rateist poopmaster, and you are also triggering me

nice trolling bro, i dont like the rate and will quit if they wont increase it, my time is too precious for grinding shjt

just something to end all reasons

Uhhh okay. Good point gonna try it to the fullest before giving my opinions on it

Yup, I’ve been waiting for this game for years, so the first 2 days I no lifed it. The exp rates are a problem because this is the early game, and the only progression available to us is to gain levels or sit in town making friends. So when literally the only option is to grind for hours, what exactly is it that we are meant to test after this point? We have heard the music, read the quests, seen the visuals and used the features. All that is left is to grind for hours.

Some people like the EXP as it is, but to them I ask. At level 250 or 500, what ever it will be. Once they hit maximum level, will they really create another class? Those who are lvl 60+ haven’t tried to experience the other classes and check the balancing there because it’s too long, and those who have aren’t nearly as high level. I mean it makes sense, but if this game were easier to level, I’d see many more people experimenting with various classes, and it would probably end up being a better test environment. That’s not so much a complaint, but just how it is right now, hopefully CBT2 in a few months will play differently.

EDIT: If they intentionally make the exp rates lower, I’d appreciate some transparency from IMC games to tell us that we are currently working at 0.25x rates to test the early game of the server. Rather than keeping us guessing. If they don’t tell us, what can they expect other than an equally honest critique of their game?

That guy is a streamer has been playing the game non-stop with a party since it was open.

Here’s his stream. See? Hes still online now. http://www.twitch.tv/lordstormakov

The people you see at the higher levels in this beta test, are not representative of the majority of players that will be playing this game. They have spent more time this week playing the game than anything else, like Zeta there who allegedly played it 22 hours straight but still recognizes an issue.

And do you have any sources for the big caps-lock reasons in your OP? The point about not giving feedback on a fundamental part of the game until any chance of making a difference in the next test is lost is pretty silly. You’ve been posting a lot of bug reports and feedback of your own. What if I told you to wait to say anything until the next test started? How would they know what to look at?

Seems like folks want the easy life. Maybe the game should play it by itself and level up the characters by itself :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyways, OP, your reasoning for the difference between the exp rates makes no sense, by the way. I am fine with low exp rate, though.

Zeta the GMs did respond about the xp issue, but its a little difficult to read into what Shawn means.

What I take from that is that they essentially intentionally differed from the Korean version and were just testing the current xp rate just like they tested the infrastructure, areas, items, etc. That they are reading feedback about it and will decide what to do from there.

Ty  I didn’t see this.

Heyyyy finally someone getting it! We’re only playing the game to make sure it works (the basics) & the steam infrastructure!

Actually he has a point. I’ve been exploring a bit and some lv 150+ mobs don’t have their names translated (stuff like $NO_DATA$ pops up). Same happens with a bunch of NPCs in high level areas.

im directing this to those who complain without actually finding any bugs and only been grinding for hours and know nothing of wht is actully happening around them especially about why the exp rates are low

We are testing the grinding and preparing for that O.o
