Didn’t get why all this math behind it. Is it not easier to just treat as any other equipment?

Also, the explanation about the amount of Gems that will be given back is kinda shady for my comprehension. But I suck at math haha Can someone clarify, or exemplify it better?

Thanks for the reply anyways

Can you give any reasonable explanation, why “Night market” equipment is exempt from the Transcendence reset?
Really makes no sense except it’s an oversight.

What’s the problem in treating the secret recipe [intradable] itens like any other equipment, its locket on the character, with the new transcend system this its a huge negative point, you cant transfer the item between yours chars.

It seems you are in need of a Mathman :smirk:

to put it on terms anyone can understand…

they will not refill the cookie jars completely, only half of the jar EXCEPT the ones you already ate from it…

that’s what I understood

also…

Before minus After

Who says that :confounded: it reads like one of those circle pointless lines I used on collage to prolong a 1000 paragraph essay where I tell you how awesome I am like 300 times using synonyms and backward talk to fill in the void :expressionless:

Still doesn’t make sense.

Let’s get my weapon as an example: Transcendence Stage 3.

I used 22 gems. I should receive this if my weapon was not from the event

BUT

as this is the event weapon, they will give me 11 (22 from before - 11 from today’s requirements) Blessed Gems back and keep my weapon untouched?

EDIT: nevermind… I guess is the result above, after reading again what they posted. Still think that it is unfair once every other weapon will receive blessed gems back and these weapons are untradable. Wish I had known before, so I could have removed the gems before maintenance.

That’s really unfair… I just transended a skull smasher to help lvl up a character becouse I knew I would receive the gems back. Now they won’t give us back? Just why?

Hey, my item isn’t in the list, how is it going to work?

@STAFF_Yuri

@STAFF_Yuri I summon you here, cause I saw you did the announcement. Please don’t be mad at me :3

Can you discuss this with the team? It is kinda unfair for weapons that cannot be transferred anyways, and also we didn’t expect that such weapons would be handled this way.

If it is not possible, then please let people that want to remove the Gems to do so. I can understand that these weapons situation might have caught you all offguard too, but we were expecting what the patch notes said.

Some people might keep these weapons and do the transcend again, but others (myself included) were expecting to get the gems back, and now we cannot even remove the Gems that will stay into the weapon cause there are no such option anymore.

  1. Items acquired from the Secret Night Market will not be going to receive resets

also, the item could be retrieved on market basket on coming next Maintenance

These two statements directly contradict each other…which one are you doing?

Is it so difficult to fix that?

I should prefer having the item dismantled and receiving all gems back than this half fix.

So what if my weapon is stage 10 already?

The event item is untradable/not team sharable and you want to penalize me even more? Are you out of your mind?

We announced that, after the May 29, 2018 maintenance, there would be changes to the transcendence system.
Items acquired from the Secret Night Market will not be going to receive resets.

It was your fault! So fix it reasonably
Give me back 50% of blessed gems i spent

I’m a bit upset with this too… If I had known it would be like this prior to the patch, I would have just used the Hammer of Dismantlement and received 90% of my shards back…

From what I get items (untradable) already went through the transcendance update so your T5 weapon has only +50% instead of +100%, which would only require half the gems to do from scratch. Basically, they will refund you half of your gems on the next maintenance.

Yes, they are. But some people were waiting to use these Gems on other equipments. Yes, some people might keep their Event weapon to use and transcend them even more, but some wanted their gems to use on other equipment, save them or use them for the Rank Reset NPC.

Particularly, if I had knew I was not going to receive them, I would had removed all from the weapon prior to this maintenance, once the Extract option is being removed. With this decision, those Gems that will stay on my event weapon will be lost forever.

I was waiting them all to be refunded back, cause that’s what the patch was saying. Now that the option to Extract Blessed Gems is gone, I cannot do it.

Since only the 315 unique items are listed, I expect full gem refund for my Lionhead Cannon[Event].

IMC WHERE IS THE TRANSPARENCY IN THE INFORMATION?

Equipment Values and Transcendence Reset

Increase value of transcendence changed to 10% per Stage for all equipment.
Basic attack and defense values of all equipment increased by 1.5 times in weapons and 1.7 times in armor.
Armor enhancement increments increased by 1.25 times.
Due to these changes, all transcended items will have their transcendence reset.
Characters possessing transcended items will receive the corresponding Goddess’ Blessed Gems in their Market Retrieve tabs.
The Potential of all currently transcended items will also increase by 1 (except those that are already at maximum Potential)

There was no announcement about this before! we are harmed by the lack of information of the company, I hope that this is solved, the company is wrong in not being transparent with the players.
and sorry for the lack of transparency, we are the server with the largest population of the game, and we are the most disadvantaged, we spend a lot of time of our day playing, we spend a lot of money with the game! the minimum that is expected is a service that represents our hours in game. I always defended the company in social networks and I always spread the word! Today I will not do that, if someone asks me about tree of savior I will indicate another game. awaiting a solution to this serious error with the player. 5453 hours in the game

The announcement before the patch clearly said all items would be reset and all gems would be returned. Applying a different policy to certain items by surprise after maintenance is unreasonable. Many players would have dismantled their transcended event items to get 90% of the shards back or not transcended the items at all if you had made this announcement in advance.

You should allow people with transcended event items to submit tickets to have the rest of their shards returned. If you can’t correct the equipment itself because of a bug, allow them to have it dismantled as if a hammer of dismantlement had been used pre-patch.

I’m confused why there has to be any sort of distinction between event items and regular items? Why wasn’t this communicated before the patch?

This is extremely unfair to event item users who had no forewarning that their gems would not be returned in full as stated in the patch notes you provided. If you had given event item users a warning ahead of time that we would only be receiving 50% return, many of us would have dismantled our event items for the 90% return.

Please do not penalize players for your oversight–many of us want to continue playing and supporting the game, but moves like this don’t make it easy.
