LUG said they didn’t know about the Founder’s Packs and didn’t like what IMC did, so I don’t think their relation is in a good state.
I don’t know about the contract terms, but sometimes there are holes. It depends on which terms it prevents a BR server, if it does.

Dude, look at what the guy you quoted said. All caps, and using the word “deserve”, and he was not polite. If you scroll up a bit, you’ll see my version of what he tried to say. I’ll put it here for you:
As for “deserve”: This word has more of a meaning of “ter mérito” (i.e.: “I deserve to be the champion”, “I deserve to be treated better after everything I did for you”, etc). Wording a sentence with “I deserve” would have a strong feeling to it, and using caps makes it actually sound rude. That’s why the other guy answered that way - also rudish, but that’s because the first guy sounded extremely and annoyingly rude. lol
If that dude said something on the lines of “being worth xxx”, he wouldn’t come off as aggressive/rude.
Also, if I would translate “you don’t deserve anything from anybody”, in the context of that guy’s post, I would use “Você não fez por merecer nada de ninguém”, given what I exposed about the wording. 
That’s two of us. That and also reading the dictionary a lot. Your english is quite decent, in fact, but some context-depending stuff is hard to grasp.
And please forgive me if I was aggressive/condescending. Just the fact that you’re willing to stick to English and to learn shows me you’re not a bad person. It’s just that this “consumer” BS seems to be the only argument around here, when people should only resort to that when everything else has failed. I know this whole Level Up! affair is turning everything into a nightmare, but we need to focus on the facts (like the fact we’re one of the biggest community, or that we’re willing to play on their servers instead of a publisher’s), not on the “we’re consumers” part (since everyone here paid for early access at the very least and if everyone starts claiming for a server to themselves on the base that they’re consumers, it’s going to be unrealistic at best).

When i was claiming it, it was about me needing the same rights as then. a little selfish, but we need some drama to get more attention.

It’s funny how ppl say we are bitching, when the distance from são paulo to the host is about the same from host to germany, and yet we got this smooth block (yeah, shitty publisher, high ping, no transfer and no eta for release, this is almost as bad as an IP block) also, i dont get those that come here just to bash latinos/brazilians at all, no one were doing anything like that when you guys were asking for your server, dont get into our bussiness when we are doing what you guys just did, honestly, you guys complain about brazilians in the server and yet act worse on the forums. Good job on being hypocrites!

Well, good luck to you guys in fighting for your own server through steam. Everyone got theirs, so in my opinion, you shouldn’t be excluded like this.
Especially if most of you don’t like that Levelup distributor, which seems to be the case.

And about IP Block:
They do not will block the IP to steam, they dont need it, because any one with problems with ping (almost everybody) will move to LevelUp (yes with angry in the heart).
That is a closed rule already.
Usually when another version is presented in an area the other games IP block to encourage the people to play on their own servers. It could very well happen as it did with TERA Online for Steam
imc isn’t even going to answear us, i hate that they made a deal with level up when we could get a steam server and transfer -_-
imc please at least give us a transfer if a Latin server isnt viable.
Is because when the server in Brazil became online, thousands of players who dont knew about the game will bacame mad and feel injusticed if lots of players start already tooo strong, because they dind knew the game was online on steam.
So to prevent this type of argue, there will be no transfer between STEAM and LUG Server.
A possible solution is announce two types of server in Brazil.
1 - Only to new players.
2 - To players who already started on steam wanted to move from steam because the ping.
Maybe will be needed more than one server, but the focus here is the idea.
I prefer to bear the lag than move to LevelUp and have to start all over again. or even quit and move on to another game if the lag is too much… and im sure many ppl will prefer this if they don’t give at least a team transfer when the server come out

First, thanks for being kind of our side and being against ip block. Its a shame see how our players (kids?) are rude on the internet. About Level up i really dont know why so much hate on the company, for sure they did some mistakes on the past, im a old Grand Chase player even got some high ranking on brazzilian server aka the biggest one, for sure ive have an average relation with level up mostly about tickets and bugs but this is from any company even the those multimilionare like blizzard or idk they are many always they will have some bad side, the most complaining of the brazillian comunity is about Level up turning games into pay to win? Srsly i dont understand how anyone can think a publisher is the responsable for that, even in Grand Chase where a lot of players said that until the very end the who did the system pay to win was the creator of the game, level up is just a publisher the only complain anyone can have is about the server/hack-bot/or the translation in the ToS case not even the Hack/bot is problem of Level up since imc that will manage the game. I will not play on level up server, mostly because i enjoy learn multi culture so i love playing with ppl around the world making friends is fun when you have more to learn from them, but i have no problem if my friends want to play on level up server i will move with they since the server is made for better support us anyway
