Sorcerer Info Megathread

The point I am trying to make is that Full Con on any other build is not the same as Full Con on a build with Sorc.

Unlike other skills that can still gain damage from a highly upgraded weapon (superior corona rod+15, wizard bracelets, Animus etc), the ONLY way to increase your damage on Templeshooter is via INT.

A Full Con lvl 180 10star TS will deal the same damage as a Full Con lvl 280, 400, 600, etc 10star TS. At that point why even bother getting Sorc2 in the build? At the 280 cap a high-int TS will already have more than double the attack of a full con TS. At higher caps, with more rank bonuses for INT, youā€™re looking at close to 4-5 times less attack.

Until there is an ā€œAnimusā€ that works for scaling TS, Sorc2 simply isnā€™t worth it in the long run if you plan on being a Full Con build. Note that your TS damage will actually decrease in the long run on a Full Con build, as higher lvl gear gets released with more phy def.

I have never tested it but many said quickcast does not apply to any summons skills.

You donā€™t rely on Temple Shooter for PvP, he is a godly feature for anyone who knows how to use it.

Ride, Hold, Morph have so many uses for PvP you wouldnā€™t believe.

The problem is you have to learn to try to always be near templeshooter so enemies get into his range.

Temple Shooter has no multipliers like attributes and Quickcast so defenses are also not multiplied as it is accordingly on damage multipliers. That is why he hits hard on PvP, where you can rely on gear, BUT ~2k def wonā€™t be much for a 10K+ Atq TS at level 600.

Yes, Sorcerer is for INT builds but you can pump CON as you please if you are PvP intended. I just donā€™t think full CON builds are optimal if you are taking Sorcerer AND Warlock, why not Chrono 3 as your damage wonā€™t be that reliable anyway?

hey @moises_andre12 , since you as me like PvP , help me with this doubt, u know Lolophanter cloth combo gives us 25 int, so what should we choose , cloth for TS atk, or plate for PvP D: , now I have full plate gear but I also have int itens just to summoning , but Lolopanther is too expansive, just for use summoning, worth it or not? or u have any different ideas? what server are u from anyway?

With regards to this stat distribution I did 2:1 = 2 Con, 1 Int.

I did not go full CON because of the INT bonus at higher ranks. Iā€™ll get Animus in the future for the HP Recovery to Magic Amp conversion

I donā€™t rely on summon damage alone, and the reasoning for high CON is I donā€™t want to get 1 shot by those Canoneers and Musketeers in PVP. I wonā€™t be using Riding for the whole duration of PVP because of the other earlier circles I learned.

And as what @moises_andre12 mentioned from his other guide, we can get dismounted by knockback skills, so thatā€™s one weakness of Riding, a skilled player can take you down easily.

I guess it still depends on your own preference, if you feel you need less CON and more INT, then go with it.

Where you are comfortable is whatā€™s important, it always depends on your gameplay (DPS Only? Frontline Tank?) and on PVP/GVG you donā€™t fight alone, you got other people with you.

Iā€™m going Wind Runner + 3 plate parts so even with Lolo I wouldnā€™t take the +25 INT anyway.

INT from equipment will change very little for TS in the long run. Try to get more HP from those items so you can stack more INT on invested points.

1,7k HP = plate att level 50 = 20 CON, using those same points on INT will give more than double of that when we get to higher stat alocation values and ranks.

Yeah thats the problem you will usually encounter in pvp if you go high int low con build an archer 1 hitting you and your dead no matter how high your TS damage will be it it will be uselessā€¦ Hows the TS damage with 2:1 build? Are you sorc3 or warlock r7? I think you go int build if you go pyro pqth but for cryo3 path i think con is betterā€¦Im still waiting to be a warlock to test warlock skills without the qc damage buff and like i said pvp mostly will use warlock skillsā€¦ Guild war is different in 10v10+ once you summon your TS im pretty sure after 5 sec it will die because many people will try to kill it all at once :slight_smile:

Templeshooter damage on autos is 1.2k, crit is 1.9k i got it on 10star, however, what i did was i used a 10 star Harpeia then morph to Templeshooter because i like base stats of Harpeia than Templeshooter

and because Harpeia has an AOE pushback (60sec cd) to reveal all hiding targets, also, a knockdown Dash (8sec cd) so that i can be nimble in PVP a bit.

i still havenā€™t got Dullahan card, would like to know if it has the safe effect and if it is farther than Harpeiaā€™s Dash attack and if it has short cd too.

also, iā€™m thinking if i will go necro1 instead of warlock1 on r7, because you can quick charge Lv.5 Flesh Cannon (release charging once you hit Lv.1)

Iā€™ve fought plenty of Archers and none 1-shot me at ~20k HP, mostly Familiar ore Theurge takes all incoming damage. 105 invested points in CON + gear = 150 CON

for me pvp socerer is
full con + Aias + 30 bats is the answer, while TS and other skill act ass filler

change that part on dex and spirit
the real dex on TS is 123 while spirit is 16

stat increases a bit every level, these are now the new stats i got (added a few levels from exp cards since i posted the stats more than an hour ago):

the stats above has no INT invested yet (got 16 extra stats at the moment)

If your at 180 with 15 stats points free then more or less you have spent 190+ stat points on con thats probably about 25k+ HP and one question why hapedia morp to TS isnt the stats reduced by 20% when you morph?

Yes that the the pvp sorc build i want to test full con+aias+lvl 10 bats only+iceshield with main damage from warlock skills and TS as a filler :slight_smile:

I havenā€™t noticed any reduction in attack damage after morph or if i use it as main card. Let me test it after maintenance and post the stat change of TS when using as main card or from morph (maybe the 20% stat reduction only applies on same cards?)

Currently have 200 con invested, 27k max hp, with proper gears & setup on Lv.280 i estimate it would hit around 30k (i hope).

If i invest the remaining 114 Int at Lv.280, i will end up at 240 Int, so with Lv.10 Summoning, thatā€™s +312 additional summon damage.

So Iā€™m still choosing whether I will go full CON to hit 40k+ max hp, or invest on Int to get the additional damageā€¦ (+312 or +10k max hp)

If i go full CON with animus, thatā€™s +225 magic amp, however, if only 200 CON, thats only +163. And we all know that magic amp is a random value between 0 to max magic amp value if added on your damage.

Also to add, auto attack of TS is better than the rapid fire skill, or maybe because the skill computation of summons are different and better with INT invested? Example i do auto attacks it has 1.2k normal, 1.9k crit ā€“ but if i do the rapid fire skill, around 660+, I havenā€™t counted the number of hits though.

Im currently at 155 added con at 20k hp and have 53 free pointsā€¦ i think ill stay that way as for now until i changed to warlock and test its damageā€¦ havent really farmed for the equips but all rings and neklace have additional intā€¦ Are you cryo3 also or pyro linker? And by the way do really think we need an animus?

pyro linker, using arde dagger, mobs still melt even if i donā€™t use TS.
on boss battles, after i cast Flame Ground, i do auto attacks using the dagger, and the damage is okey for me (fast auto attacks with fire elemental damage). so if i add in INT, burn damage of fireball will be increased aside from the additional fire property damage of arde dagger.

i still donā€™t know the answer, maybe i am able to tell once iā€™m on 280s.

so that i can counter high magic damage, if a melee character or long ranged attacker is present, just use Riding until the effect is removed.

i donā€™t know yet where to get that necklace lol

10 star nuale card give u 10% magic defense
