You can try it for yourself. Lethargy (attribute) will make earthquake do double damage. Don’t ask me how or why, it just does. It works with necroventer A and S and nuaele’s S and D because the moves are literally just like earthquake.

It makes sense that her devil is hitting 100k per hit. With a +11 enhanced, trans +10, orange lv 315 weapon, with 3 lv 7 gems with 144 magic attack - sure.

I added damage from other skills in wiz tree and they would hit extremely hard with a 6440 magic attack. Harder than that devil. Sorc would be a really good dps but not the top dps (makes sense). The top dps is ele and warlock.

Ele.

Frost could - 388k
Meteor - 160k
Hail - 713k
Prominence - 160k
freezing sphere - 243k

Warlock.

Pole of agony - 400k
Dark theurge - 200k
Mastema - 412k
Invocation - I heard they hit hard already with average gear so they would hit like trucks with 6440 magic attack
Only c2 and will get % boost and probably more dps skills

Featherfoot.

Kundela - 385k
Bloodbath - 215k
Blood Sucking - 260k
All other skills hit near or over 100k
This class is c2 and they will get more % power too

Even ice pike hits 300k if it hits.
Bats hit 400k! in total.

***Not including the % bonus from linker skill.

I have seen swordsmen hitting well over 60-75k per hit on skills and they are not slow skills they hit very fast! I see bosses hp drop in secs. Way faster than that devil hitting those bosses. They had about the same trans and enhancement on their weapon. Think it was a +12 with trans +9. Orange weapon too. And most ppl don’t have max trans with over +10 enhancement with lv 7 and up gems. That’s like 10% or less of the population. I see some people with 6.6k and 7k weapons sometimes too, but that’s like god weapons there. Like a +15 with trans +10. It’s not easy to make such powerful weapons.

This seems like a good spot for sorc. Not over the top and not to far from other dps classes. And this is an SPR build. Those skills i listed with that 6440 magic attack would sky rocket with int build! add another 1200 or more to magic attack and all those skills from picking dps classes will out damage that sorc even more.

Btw, PvP isn’t even fair to begin with. They said they would fix that later on. Many classes can one shot people. I was on my devil with another player with the same gear and she can 2-3 hit me with her plague doctor! Me riding my devil isn’t really going to change too much because most of the devil skills can be avoided with ease. mainly because most of them are slow and they see it so they walk out of the hit range. I know there are some devil skills that are much better to hit players with but most will miss a lot. Just like people with ausrine and are immune to pretty much everything for that 15-17 sec duration in the fight. You would be crazy to run up to one and waste your skills on them. they hunt you down when they have that on.

Note: But there is one concern and that’s TS fire blast skill hitting so many times that it can almost kill a boss with just that one skill. That was a bit faster than swordsmen. I think they should lower the amount of hits that skill does or reduce the % on that skill a tad bit. That devil just has a very good skill set. lel

huh spr too low? i have 155 spr at lvl 115. i thought by putting all point i ever got into spr i would be considered to have good amount of spr. also in my region tos fireball doesn’t explode and just sit there like it used to be.

are you sure all region is updated because if so i don’t know what the ■■■■ is happening anymore.

Wasn’t Earthquake being boosted by Lethargy a hidden mechanic and not anything to do with its earth property? Though it’s been a while since I’ve heard about it so my memory could be off, probably because no one cares about Earthquake.

Does anyone tried Cerberus or Velorchard summons? If yes, are they even decent?

Another question, did the summon get any buffs like additional line (enchant fire) or quicken?

Going Ele3 Sorc2, should i split spirit and int or go full int and deal with sp with sp potions?

if it is true that summon will rely on SPR for their damage and defense, then there is no reason to go full INT.

There is, summon full spr / half spr + elementalist rotation = x damage
summon full int + elementalist rotation = y damage

which does more damage

The Velochard D skill is pretty decent without patch, it hits many times, i believe it will become pretty strong.

Yes the hidden interaction is lethargy + earthquake type ground skills.
It has been since forever. Though the combo isn’t as popular as the other hidden combo of classes (cleric bless makes each heal tile hit twice, ranger rogue feint barrage, ice wall psychic pressure, …).

What region/server do you play? Did your region have the class reset event? If it did, you should have gotten the update by now.

Ah okay, I understand what snowfoxinshow was trying to say. I think this interaction is Earthquake specific only, meaning it doesn’t have to do with earth attribute, it’s just because Earthquake and Lethargy interact like that.

Also, I’ve never seen my summoned devil proc elemental damage effects, so I don’t think the devils would be affected by things that boost elemental damage anyway.

i think the class reset even did happen but, it is unfalsifiable that fire ball here still does damage in ticks instead of exploding.

I would do half for both SPR and INT. You would benefit from both. Having some SPR helps save some money, keeps summon out, and you can cast more skills. Your weapon is the main dps source for your devil, but I think its a good balance to go both Int and SPR because you are still gaining power from either stat.

Int overall boosts all your dps skills and it will probably come in handy for rank 9 later. There is a very good chance the new ranks will use Int like 90% of the wiz tree already does. lel

The summon buffs came in with the latest patch, I believe.

Throneweaver is so cool… but so bad… cry.

I’m not saying this out of nowhere. I’ve been testing my own Sorc and my TS damage doubled overnight with this patch. I’ve talked to several Necromancers who are saying their Skeletons are hitting for 11k each now. Pretty sure its here.
