First rebalance patch for matador & musketeer (and maybe some other classes). After that patch, wizard rebalance patch. Probably wizard2-3, pyro, kino, alchemist, (…).

Also since someone in another thread asked here are my personal tier lists for summons (includes new summons but can be inaccurate due to lack of personal testing)

general auto attack: marnox > gorkas > netherbovine > templeshooter
boss killing: froster lord > necroventer > marnox
riding: marnox(sustained dps, general mobbing) = froster lord(burst damage, bossing) > gorkas > templeshooter = netherbovine

apparently you answered my question on what to pick for cards… thank you <3

no problem, but if you’re just starting out netherbovine or templeshooter (if you have necro) is recommended. Marnox is a world boss and its card is rather expensive, while Froster Lord and Gorkas aren’t out yet

restarting… i am just waiting on rank9 and praying for a rank reset if not… then im spending resources pushing another mage to be a sorce… i just needed the slection of cards for its book so i can scout and buy them…

netherbovine > templeshooter i see why you choose neth… TS is already staple… bdw… how many cards again i will need to feed from a level 1 to 10 star? and another question what you think about mummyghast being used?

around 54 cards to reach level 10 I think? Mummyghast attack too slow for me, generally I prefer summons that have quick auto attack cause that’s where most of their damage actually come from.

Guys, I’ve made a voting form to decide the best cards to sorcerer in each mode currently in the game. Who wants to vote here is the link: https://goo.gl/giR65o

Guys let check the database:
https://tos-ktest.neet.tv/npcs?name=pc_summon&race=Velnias&cn=1&f=1

For PvE like ET or Hunting Ground 350, i think Gorkas will replace Netherbovine, Templeshooter is always best with Necro build Shoggoth, but generally Marnox is still best card if you able to get a hand on it.

Frosterlord https://tos-ktest.neet.tv/npcs/800076
Its basic skills is quite interesting, it seems it is hitting 3 directions with each line of 238%, and the target right infront him get x3 hits, what’s more it is Magic Attack Type and works better with Enchanter C2’s Magic Damage 20% debuff. Without Enchanter build, I think Necroventer would still better boss card with lethargy debuff.
Type Attribute CD Max. Range AOE SFR Meta
Magic Attack Melee 3s 100 50 238%
Magic Attack Melee 12s 80 50 188%
Magic Attack Melee 25s 90 50 180%

Gorkas https://tos-ktest.neet.tv/npcs/800081
Gorkas is better AoE in term of wide but shorter range and slightly lesser damage%. The basic attack centered around him like Zaura instead of infront of him only like Netherbovine, i think it is better.
Its skill is better than Netherbovine for rider build.
Type Attribute CD Max. Range AOE SFR Meta
Melee Attack (때리기 공격력) Melee 2s 60 50 388%
Magic Attack Melee 10s 100 50 399%
Magic Attack Melee 20s 100 50 237%
Netherbovine have better damage % with faster attack 1s CD.
Type Attribute CD Max. Range AOE SFR Meta
Melee Attack (찌르기 공격력) Melee 1s 100 10 453% Knocks back
Melee Attack (때리기 공격력) Melee 15s 100 10 250%
Melee Attack (때리기 공격력) Melee 30s 60 10 359%

Succubus https://tos-ktest.neet.tv/npcs/800079
Succubus is interesting 1vs1 PvP, it have good range and AoE with Knocks back ability and 1s but only 1 target, its basic attack damage also very high which is good for Linker Build.
Type Attribute CD Max. Range AOE SFR Meta
Melee Attack Melee 1s 60 50 453% Knocks back
Melee Attack Melee 30s 130 15 531%
Melee Attack Melee 50s 60 50 443%

Lavenzard https://tos-ktest.neet.tv/npcs/800019
I think this summon in db sometime ago except the card is not implemented, looks pretty strong with Matk attack and low CD skills.
Type Attribute CD Max. Range AOE SFR Meta
Magic Attack Melee 2s 150 50 492%
Magic Attack Melee 10s 150 50 399%
Magic Attack Melee 30s 150 50 237%

Spector https://tos-ktest.neet.tv/npcs/800080
I’m not sure has the card implemented or anyone have tested Spector nor any in youtube, but the skills data looks interesting with low CD skills and high damage 513% with 2s CD.
Type Attribute CD Max. Range AOE SFR Meta
Melee Attack Melee 2s 60 50 513%
Melee Attack Melee 3s 80 50 250%
Melee Attack Melee 7s 80 50 191%

Overall, all new cards are interesting and have their own use in specific condition, unlike other old cards which are largely obsoleted.

sorcerer masters. does raise + templshooter skills work? with bonus damage to flying mob. just wondering.

Eh, I’m not entirely convinced Gorkas will beat out Netherbovine. I haven’t had the chance to test it out myself yet, but from the videos I’ve seen I’m not really that impressed.

Attack 1 is smaller range, longer cooldown, less damage, and (as far as I can tell) no knockback. You are right though, it does seem to position a lot better than Netherbovine’s Attack 1.

Attack 2 seems like garbage. Either I’m missing something or it’s basically worthless. I guess it’s marginally better than Netherbovine’s Attack 3 since it doesn’t knock everything away. Does seem to whiff a lot though.

Attack 3 seems decent, but again longer cooldown and less damage than Netherbovine’s equivalent. Since it’s magic I doubt it’ll take lethargy, which Netherbovine’s AoE does.

It certainly seems like one of the better cards out there, but at least on paper (and looking at what youtube videos I could find), it seems to me Netherbovine is still going to come out on top.

It actually can hit multiple targets (at least 2, I’ve seen that happen) but the area of attack is so narrow that it rarely hits more than 1. Not that this information is important but perhaps in cases like linker with HK, this normal attack could potentially hit even larger number of them. (It does have the AAR for that, unlike attack 2 clearly has only 15 which is why videos show only few targets.)

It is in ktest/tos there’s multiple videos of it out there on yt. o-o Sadly doesn’t seem too good.

Bong and Samson vids of it.

It is implemented, in fact I have one in itos myself. However our version of it is pre summon card buffs and this card in particular has these stats in itos:
Melee Attack Melee 3s 30 50 100%
Melee Attack Melee 3s 80 50 100%
Melee Attack Melee 3s 60 50 100%
Pretty obvious to see why it has been forgotten until now. Goes by the name of Specter of Deceit.

Initial release before buff with the details above.

I think old cards should be retested after the buffs, some cards have sfr:s going over 800%. I think that’s high enough to warrant a re-look on them at the very least. Surely a lot of them are still bad. (Like helgacercle who has way too high cooldowns to compete with others like netherbovine etc.)

Gorkas’ appeal is simply the large aoe normal attack it has. I’ve no doubts that netherbovine is stronger sustained dps but marnox exists which is basically a better netherbovine in almost all aspects.

I imagine I’d be using Gorkas for farming things that die in one or two hits, but for everything else then I’d just go marnox or froster lord. That’s my reasoning for placing Gorkas above Netherbovine I suppose, though I’ve yet to test personally so my opinion is still subject to change.

Just tested Demon Zaura, he’s an upgrade from Netherbovine imho, his AA has a huge hit box. His 2nd and 3rd Skill are both Aoe’s both 30 second cooldown. Basically all his attacks have huge AOE and the animation is as good.

hello guys, what’s the actual formula for summon damage by SPR? i couldn’t find it anywhere

What would be better: Pyro 2 - Kino 3 - Sorc 3 or Pyro 3 - Kino 3 - Sorc 2?
Since I’m using Kino 3 anyway, would Templeshooter be the best card for it?
