Bug Description :

If a Sorcerer uses “Summoning” to summon a devil then uses “Riding”, an issue occurs if the devil has at least 4 skills to use and the user is using a joypad. Please note that this issue also occurs on any transform/vehicle that involves changing the player’s hotbar.
The hotbar binds the abilities of the devil in order of JOYPAD1 to JOYPAD4. This means the first skill is JOYPAD1, the second is JOYPAD2, etc. If the devil has 4 skills, that means the first four buttons will be these, and the last skill (which is always to dismount) is the fifth skill.
When there are five skills on your devil’s hotbar, the fifth skill and beyond will repeat the keybindings of the first. So, it will bind in order like this:
JOYPAD1, JOYPAD2, JOYPAD3, JOYPAD4, JOYPAD1
Because of this, it is impossible to use the first skill of the devil on a joypad. Upon pressing JOYPAD1, it will immediately dismount your character from the devil, because that is also the button to dismount.
You can work around this by using the keyboard, but that is impossible when in joypad mode in the options (keyboard is disabled) and it is very awkward and clunky to do so. This is not a good solution for the user.
Please bind the fifth actions and beyond to separate buttons on the joypad, or some other solution. The current situation makes it impossible to ride and fight consistently on any devil that has at least four skills.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Activate “Joypad mode” and use a controller.
- As a Sorcerer circle 2, use the “Summoning” skill with a “Templeshooter Card” as the primary card in the grimoire.
- Use the “Riding” skill.
- Press JOYPAD1. Your character will dismount from the devil and you cannot use the devil’s first skill without dismounting.
