I have been informed that animation cancellation on mouse mode doesn’t work anymore and has been disabled and they are only relying on quicken from chrono from this day on can someone confirm it?

Yeah, the patch from 05/12 has “Fixed a problem where Mouse Mode was increasing attack speed”.

why RIP? I mean is kinda like a nerf but do you think they will get obsolete?
Could just be putting it back to be in line with other modes. Mouse was faster then key and controler
Actually i’m glad, that this is fixed.
Mouse mode is actually the final saving grace for players with 100ms ping because 100s ping with just pressing Z is still slow with Running Shot based from my experience.
Well if the make mouse the same as others its fine mouse mode was giving a faster attack speed then the other methods for some reason
What I’m trying to say is that the only way to enjoy a QS C3 with 100ms ping is to use mouse mode. With this upcoming fix, playing QS C3 at 100ms ping will be meh, better re-roll.
Thats what you usually get for playing easy cookie-cutter builds. Karma - it bites.

I already re-rolled a long time ago. QS C3 is overrated anyways.

I hate mana hungery classes myself i mean fleatcher is just an archer mage to me so qs it is
So how to you is it over rated? Seems like a decently consistent form of constant dps

Yah im 277 a2 qs3 falc musk but rank 6 i took falcon so i had aoe o.o
Oh yeah, I did notice that AAing with your mouse is actually faster. That’s a fair nerf, it was unintended.
A 35s cooldown AOE with just 10 hits per Multi-Shot? Not to mention, we still haven’t got Circling’s nerf yet.
Anyways, others can be delusional about QS C3. But I’ll give honest feedback about the class, it’s horrible. Overrated single target DPS that can’t cover up for it’s lack of AOE.

There is no circeling nerf yet the big change was to snipe unless the talks of them changeing circeling to only bring mobs as low as 1 aoe def instead of zeroing it.
Circeling 35 sec cd last 10 sec have two overheat on multi and covering fire.
You might say we lack aoe but these 10 seconds every 25 due to the duration is lined up with the major aoes with mages and what not. I equate the aoe they do with falcon as my own in a way.
Throw in a linkers our single target is a huge factor as well. I mean sure its not constant aoe but it all lines up for when it is needed
Circling reducing enemy AOE def to zero makes any AOE attack ratio based skills able to hit infinite amount of mobs. When Circling gets nerfed, you would need to rely on AOE attack ratio to be able to hit more enemies unlike before where even 0 AOE attack ratio Multi-Shot can hit any amount of mobs as long as it’s within the AOE.
Frost Cloud already has an extremely high AOE attack ratio so don’t take credits when they are able to hit every single mobs because in most cases, that very high AOE attack ratio isn’t fully used in the first place due to lack of mobs. Circling has almost no use for Wiz, do you see Earth Tower setups always having a Falconer for their Ele3+Warlocks? No, because they don’t need it in the first place.
Linkers, linkers, linkers. Always the reason used by single target builds to be viable but what actually happens in-game? Joint Penalty a bunch of mobs > Mobs die in split sec due to party DPS > QS C3 back to doing it’s overrated single target DPS.
The build overall needs too much babysitting. M-muh LINKERS! W-wiz help MUH AOE DPS! <3 WIZ. Sure, the game is mostly party play but QS C3 is literally one of those classes that needs too much help from other classes yet extremely popular THUS overrated.

Well for someone like myself that generaly hate skill spming classes what would you recomend ?i enjoy high single target dps while still being useable in parties
Read all comments and feel super depress.
Just want to be useful in party grind.
