So that's how it will be? [ToS is the KS heaven.]

Yes the KS is ridiculous. People do it on purpose as a way to grief you. It’s completely toxic and only appeals to an incredibly immature player (there are quite a lot of these type of player since the average age of a ToS player seems to be around 12).

There will be 30 mobs just 5 steps away from where I’m killing mobs, but people will run right to the mobs i’m killing and ks. It’s complete bullshit and terrible game design. This type of design would be perfect with open pvp, but yet… no open pvp. Therefore it makes zero sense.

IMC have a lot of bad design choices in this game, sadly.

The problem with claim systems is that KSing stops being a issue but then Tagging becomes a problem. It doesn’t solve the issue it just changes it.

/s !! Fck off

GGWP :3

agreed on the KS being an issue.

i am a barb and i try my hardest not to KS, but when a ranged character comes into the map and starts tagging every single damn mob around me, it gets me pretty mad…

since the game puts so much emphasis on grinding, there should be a better way to deal with this. maybe having a special GRIND MODE, where you have your own independent spawns (normal spawns only), so that no1 but you can tag them?

this MIGHT be the solution, but it also might mess up the game dynamic and make it more boring

I think having many channels when the game goes live will actually be the best solution. Have more channels than are required so that people who want to grind just go to the lowest popn channel.

In the only situation I can ks (flying monsters - hi, archer here), I usually avoid it. It’s nice to see most people understand it and to the same. I run for a monster then I see someone atacking it, I stop and go elsewhere. He usually notices it and do the same when i’m atacking another mob.

However, there are some exceptions. Sorcs trying to afk farm, peltastas that lures the entire room, pyros that leaves fireball at spawn spots and run to another place, trying to farm three spots at the same time.

It’s pretty simple. We are all screwed together. Respect me, I respect you. We will all slowly level <3

An example, right now me and one highlander are the guys who killed the highest amount of Burialers in Zemyna, and we have been grinding in the same spot at the same hours. How could we do it while not being angry at each other? Be nice. c:

I once have the same situation and was pissed off to that swordsman class (not sure if he is a barbarian). I’m an archer and was trying to lure mobs so I can use AOE on them. they steal my mobs. . . he did it 3 times. I told him “hey, you already steal my mobs the third time… do it again and I’ll make sure you not going to get a single mob the whole day.”

and he dare steal my mobs the 4th time… while saying… “it’s part of the game”. I get mad and since I always bring 70 blue/red pots every time I leave the town. I was ready to use all of them to make that ■■■■■■■ regret his decisions…

yeah. I’m a rank 3 ranger. I have barrage and bounce shoot + oblique shoot. I follow him the whole day just to KS all his mobs. my mana is being burn but who cares i have 70 mana pots… at the end he disappear… don’t know if he log out of TP to town. :joy::joy::joy:

the higher level maps are just hard to farm in, with elite monsters all over the place having 40k+ hp and 2-3 shotting anything that isnt a swordman, also most people are leveling from dungeons and there is less grind and competition because the xp table drops at lvl 187.

I just want a PK System :rage:

Lmao chat on those screenshots. Such a childish way of solving problems and alsmo some sexism.

It only starts to get easy once you hit 186, theres still the matter of grinding from 175. Also the 175 dungeon only gives 15% exp, 30% if you can solo it.

FIGHT TO THE DEATH!

if your rolling with a dedicated party and grind bunnies or candle spiders its real easy,
but yea, solo from 175 -187 is pretty annoying, it wouldnt be so hard if the mob density wasn’t so abysmal or if they made elite monsters more forgiving for solo players, otherwise were stuck at roxona market or verktis square =/

I’m actually solo grinding at candle spiders atm (C1 cleric C2 Krivis C2 Sadhu C1 Druid) just 30% before hitting the curve and speed leveling to 200. It’s not even very difficult solely because of possession and the fact that I can self sustain my HP through heal. Its actually funny because time to time some random barb would also try to solo grind but ends up getting slapped in the face with a fireball thinking their l33t 400 dex can dodge magic.

Same goes for me lol. Scrubs KSing everywhere

ugh lol, i couldn’t even grind candle spiders, i had to grab a friend to help me out to 200 since i was playing bokor, demon prison was probably the best time i had though, insane money and can solo a whole room with zombie train, i guess i paid the price in the later levels lol.

not enough maps for aoe mobbers with damage over time at the later levels, its all elite monsters which favour bursty single target damage dealers =/

I normally don’t KS but I have a good memory. If someone does it to me then it is on like Donkey Kong.

Mob Training is just as bad as KSing since you are denying the spawns for other people while you run around in circles. If I see someone wasting time like that I have no qualms with running in there and 2-shotting their mob as a melee priest.

Finish what is on your plate or I will finish it for you.

okay but some classes take a dog’s age to finish their ‘plate’. For example, Cryomancer has a shitty 30s cooldown on a 5 hit move, and then they have to revert to either Wizard 1 skills or the Ice Bolt skill. If you use the wall it has a 30s cooldown too, but it’s not offensively useable unless you’re using a two handed staff.

Then perhaps they should mob a tad less. I’m talking like walking around in circles for close to minutes while trying to corral something way outside of their control.

I get that classes take longer than others but you learn your limits pretty quickly.
