[Server Overcapacity] Please IMC, compensate players accordingly

Perhaps we can get players who understand Korean to translate our messages so that it is impossible for IMC to miscomprehend what we mean?

Umm yes, we have nasty performance problems on Fedimian causing the client go desynch quite frequently. I can’t count how many times I died in TBL cause I was stuck in my Effigy animation for 3 seconds.

Isn’t that what you guys call ā€œgamebreakingā€? At the same time we have to deal with an overall average framerate of 5.

If you want do kill your own game by getting rid of the playerbase then you’re on a very good way.

These issues are absolutely silly to deal with this far into the game’s life. I left the game but still stay around as a silent member, most of the time to monitor progress and problems, dare I say hopeful thoughts of legitimate fixes.

Someone brought this up earlier, a game should be fun, and encourage the player to keep playing. ToS at it’s core is fun, delightful even, with a grand concept. What really drew me in was the cooperative and competitive idea they had with WBing.

However back on point, how can you WB competitively with miserable frame rate when there are more than 15-20 people? Have you tried loading in on a Demon Lord after a crash? You don’t. You go to a different channel, move away, load back to the right channel then finally you can do something. That alone made me miserable. Ontop of that, we have instance crashes on load, consuming daily uses, when you didn’t even see the instance. Incredible lag in Town/open GvG/ect. The Saalus bug which sounds oddly familiar to the issue @Veritas is mentioning. Party bugs and more, oh my!

Overall, bugs if squahed quickly aren’t that big of a deal. However when they run rampant and multiply that’s another issue. Ontop of that when they don’t communicate and/or fix the issues and bandaid it with new content and events, which in my eyes are distractions from what needs to be worked on, it’s really hard for me to have faith that the game will recover into a fun and playable state. I hope they prove my gut feelings wrong.

The IMC-supporting faction keeps claiming the game is not dead and the spam should stop. Really, this one along with the party cutscene bug have killed the game.

Nothing gets better, everything gets worse. No compensation or free stat resets can keep people silent. You have failed, Mr Kim!

already lost my 1st reset voucher, have only been able to enter an instance one time in the past 12 and a half hours, wasted nearly 4 hours totals attempting it, I’m done, will no longer be bothering even attempting to get in until this is resolved, going to either just farm or fiddle with a lowbie alt

I don’t think this is a bug guys. I’m pretty sure the servers are as IMC claims…full. It’s pretty easy to fill up the server now that IMC is running out of money for more servers and have resorted to closing down channels in order to save money on number of servers needed.

This problem will go away as more people keep quitting. Just wait a few weeks. BE PAITENT.

Bots can interact with the dungeon while out of bounds. They can clip inside the map so they are underneath the terrain, so they would be impossible to see. They can still talk to the dungeon entrance from out of bounds and likely mash space at superhuman speeds. The priest/chaplain bots can’t do this or else they wouldn’t be able to attack anything. Occasionally you see an archer bot do this, but those are rarer since they’re weaker (and partly because you can’t see them).

This post is already buried. I was hoping we could get something done, but it looks like another weekend of running alts.

It is probably related to squires being unable to repair in queue runs, or buff symbols next to allies only shown in premade runs.

this is a game designed where as you get higher, you just come on, do your dailys and finish for the day, not being able to do just the bare minimum of that is a massive fail
