Any info about server locations for OBT?
Probably the same place, Canada, except the
LA server which may be on Brazil or some neighbor country.
Was it in Quebeckystan before, like FFXIV? I thought I remembered something about amazon servers. But I’ve learned not to trust my memory anymore or the sources on reddit–which I’m pretty sure is where I saw that.
It was on Amazon, i think they will use the same service, just don’t know if it is the same location, yes i think it was on Quebec or at least somewhere around there, my latency was aways around 230ms due to the distance lol.
I’m just hoping for EU server.

Last I remember the servers where located in the Amazon AWS center in Ashburn, Virginia.

Yea I thought they were in Virginia. I was getting like 30-60ms on average from New Jersey/ New York/ Pennsylvania Tri-State area.
Yeah i thought it was on Canada because it is more to the northern area, but now that you pointed out i think it was indeed on Virginia.
Let’s hope for the EU Server

I regret nothing.
If I could I would always place Servers into colder regions due to obvious reasons. Who neads a heater when you have a server?

i was playing from EU during iCBT2, worked just fine
Staff Ethan said the information about the servers will come shortly and we should wait for that to happen.

Good for them. I don’t settle for “just fine” though. I don’t want to experience another FFXIV.
So what? Fearing other players from murica could be better than you in pvp only because of ping? From germany I had a 140ms ping and rarely had any lags, especially after using wtfast.
