Don’t forget they said it could be a closed beta test too, everyone in groups says it’s a bad idea to stay with LUG but IMC cant see that coz all complains in brazilians groups, hope they take a look at the situation after we finally bring this subject to the forums.

It’s not that “IMC Servers are not stable atm” it’s about the service provided by Amazon Web Services that IMC is using to host the servers. I can ping from Brazil to every place on US and never get over 200 ping. I played FFXIV (Montreal, Canada, 160 ping), Guild Wars 2 (Texas, 144 ping), League of Legends East NA (Miami, 128 ping). But with this ■■■■ AWS hosting people from Latin America are getting 300+ ping like. Even EU East people are getting bellow 200 ping why should someone from Americas Region get 270~300 ping?

yeah… we really need a Latin America server or something close to that.

We need a latin server …
Just to make clear for most people here, 135ms is far from the average br ping to the US. Most of us get 150-200ms to stable servers. It’s like saying EU didn’t need a server because some guys showed 100ms.

273 ms is around 1 quarter of a second delay.
Answer me this:
Is your current gaming experience only delayed by ~ 1/4 second, or even 1 whole second? If the answer is no, then you have to concede that most of the server issues facing everyone right now are due to poor optimization and bottlenecks on their end.
Case and Point: Make a new character on Fedimian or Telsiai right now, and try the game out. Since the servers are all in the same location it should give you an idea of how the game will play when the issues are fixed.

You’ll have better luck getting a local company to localize ToS for brazil instead of carrying the whole LA/SA into the mix…
except a large number of other south americans are asking for a LA server too.
Just thinking… the BETA TEST isn’t done? Why we have to many problems eve the game had 3 CBT? I will not play a game in lagging, it’s a lack of responsability of the ToS staff to us.
Please, let’s just focus on the topic guys, else they will close it again.

Man, we are a large amount of people who play this game. I want to play decently. I love TOS and we deserve a South America server!
