A LA server doesnât even need to be in Brazil, if the issue preventing its creation lies within some obscure contract clause with Level Up! Games. IMC could always host this server in Chile or Argentina if thatâs the issue.
Maybe, in fact, IMC could ditch those crappy Amazon servers in the process, since Amazon has no SA server except for Brazil.

Most likely the contract prohibits them from self-publishing and running any server in all of South America.

That would make sense, especially since Level Up! has recently expanded their area to Latin America as well. I suppose the other party on the contract would be Level Up! as a whole, not only Level Up! Brazil. If they DID sign the contract with Level Up! Brazil, LU canât have a say in what happens in the rest of LA.
What puzzles me is that this kind of clause would only hurt IMCâs business on the long run, so I donât see why they would accept it in the first place.

We are responsable for 26% of your income, IMC, you should listen to us! Actually, no, you should know better, if 26% bought your damn unfunctional game from LA, then you shouldâve made a server even before launch!

Ask any brazillian if they like the service that Level Up Games provides, the only ones that will say yes is mosy probably from the staff itself.
And if you still insist that LA players doesnât deserve a server because L.U. will bring the game to brazil, fyi, brazil doest not represent 100% of the latin american territory, so even if brazil gets a server provided by level up, what about the rest of the LA player base? â â â â them, right? and if i bought the DLC for the early access and the TP, should i just say screw it when the level up server comes out and forget about the tp and goodies that ive got from the early access?

As eleventh in the world rankings of the Games market and in Latin america the greatest of all ! We LevelUp ! that regardless of whether or not good picture of it she has the opportunity to serve with physical servers located in the Brazil thus giving us the stability that much of the world has ! Unfortunately our country has almost zeroed attention to the internet quality that is given us, and therefore do not have much choice but we play something we like both so slowly and connection problems ⊠but still the second largest buyer Tree Savior of the world! A LA server would be great, and considering we were 26% of the total purchases according to the infographic you published, I think we deserve it.

Only to everybody knows, I create a ticket for IMC and put this topic and all information about at least an answer. Letâs give them some time to think and say something about this. I say for everyone send a ticket with this topic and asking about an answer. More players doing that, more chances we have an answer.
