They are not ignoring you, they are actually focusing on the issues resulting in the lag and server as that is more important to them right now.
Once the game is stable, then I think most BR players won’t have issues on the international servers. Remember these are international servers and not USA servers.
Places like SEA are on the other side of the world and actually need their own server. You don’t.

This isnt suppose to be a thing, Latin America represents at least 40% of the Founders Server bought in Steam, so wed expect if there is a foreign server would be a Latin America one, but it is not. So I think with myselfe ok maybe they gonna announce it very soon or at least give some answer we gonna get a LA server or should I stop with this game right now.

I was about to create a post about this too.
I mean, c’mon, 27k players playing daily, on the “F2P” ver. that can easily reach 70k players. More players = more money = more “fun” (i’ll not complain about bugs now, my steam review already has that ~ updating )
As a SEA player, I can understand your pain.
For me, it’s less about justice or equality. It’s more about people wanting to have a good time with the game. And they simply can’t even though they really want to support it.
Please don’t say someone don’t need a good server. Everybody deserves one. 
The problem is whether or not there is a limitation that prevent IMC from making one. From the ‘surprised’ of first day numbers, I’m afraid something was arranged beforehand. Let’s hope we hear more about this.

I get 150ms from Klaipeda. It’s not bad, it’s a regular NA ping. But still it’s not perfect. But I got to agree with the post. Everyone in Brazil probably joined this ToS hoping for a good service wich they never got from brazillian Ragnarok. And it was run by LevelUp Games. Everyone just hates the company policy, the GM’s bullshit and corruption. Who played Ragnarok knows how inefficient and to put it in plain terms how it sucked. LevelUp is not a serious company looking for the customer interest or responsible enough to run good servers.
So many "IMC PLZ READ!!"s and not a single @Staff_Julie. If you want a staff response, it’s usually best to ping one of them like this, but don’t abuse it.
