you sir probably have problems understaind words ^^
This whole problem with restriction to the economy was caused by the existence of bots from gold seller’s.
I think as follows, I see no problem in Gold Seller’s, but i hate bots …
So, why do not focus in ban bots? instead of punishing all with blockages in the economy.
Transforming the initial areas into something useless to silver to farm, it would be an option, something like only make lucrative killing mobs at level 70+
Allow exchange Silver only for characters level 200 +, the bots had to level up to level 200 to pass your Silver and if they are not banned to reach that level well … I think we found the problem
This giant words… saying bullshit… very rude.
There’s a good reason for the tax. Look at all the trains of cleric bots appearing. They are all on their way to Pardoner to farm silver for RMT companies.
As long as they can make it up to Pardoner, they will just stand around collecting silver in a legit manner. They won’t be reported since its within the game rules. At the same time, raking in Silver for RMT.
Bots are supposed to be banned before reaching Pardoner… It is part of the company’s responsibility…
This is an easy thing to do, just need to find a group of retarded with names [fafasrqsasfdf], walking at random and attacking everything that appears on the screen instantly, some even teleport …
Just find They, and type / ban [fafaqwdeasdfg] for ever + IPBlock
Lower TAX if you are logged on to your SQUIRE.
Raise TAX if you’re logged out or using another character.
Aye like using Ro’s Merchant, you have the Discount perk.
If you’s, you will only make people open two or maybe more clients, overloading the server.
People ARE going to start doing this…This is why I dislike F2P models.
People will multibox and the botting wil be rampant.
You will see heal/linker/thaum bots for people who want to farm faster.
It is coming and it will not be stopped because this F2P garbage.
You need to reach at least rank 5 to release one of mercadoras classes and this with limited potential if the imc allow a bot to get to level 100+, there is nothing we can do, just learn to live with the little robots.
A bot army low levels is acceptable, high levels bots is not acceptable.
Tree of Savior is a MMORPG, people in this kind of games, make exchanges, buy, sell, “work”, farm … Those things that differentiate a MMORPG from other games. You should not remove these things to prevent bots, you must hunt down and punish bots. If apply all these punishments, Is better put everyone in the maximum level of the game with the best items and no need of silver, you will never see a bot …
I saw the numbers, and tried to be optimistic.
Ugh.
Thanks for the input though. I’ll skip alche for now.
The imc should report the value of this absurd tax. I see many squires, offering repair services below cost.
Example:
Some squires are selling 100 Silver the Repair Kit
Repair Kit price: 80 Silver
If you sell 1 Repair Kit, you pay 50% rate
You need to sell the Repair kit for 160 to not lose money
160 -50% = 80 Silver
Profit = 0
they’re there as gold sinks, so money is regulated. no inflation.
Best idea so far in this thread.
I like this idea, it wouldn’t really have an effect against bots other than it might make some botters choose to be online on their Alchemist and not have one extra bot online-active, which would be a great thing if it’d work that way.
But it’s a good compromise anyhow because offline shop is no effort and no effort could have higher tax, it just sounds fair.
@Staff_Julie @STAFF_Ethan etc, could you give us something regarding this?
I was building towards Alch on my main which was the most exciting thing with the whole game for me but I’m not at all sure it’s a good choice now. Total bummer.
I eonder if imc whant this game to be an mmorpg at all?

No to 50% tax on selling your body
No to %50 tax! It is really not worth to make a class to open a shop .
