I actually have, now IMC know they will keep the slice of BR playerbase IF they fix things up.
Itās not about the LUG server itself. I wasnāt planning to switch from iToS to LUGToS
Iām talking about IMC keeping their word, their credibility, and they canāt even keep that to an actual company (besides their players), itās like they do not respect anyone they work with. LUG had a team to develop translation/voice acting/server tweaks/etc requested by IMC, then IMC suddenly cancels the partnership and all their hardwork was for nothing.
A fun fact:
All this sh**t was because IMC didnāt research a proper reliable provider to host their SA servers, there are tons of other games that have servers in Brazil with no lag problems at allā¦
What about if we do something like a strike or a symbolic protest? Something like join all of us at certain hour in klai chanel 1 and type at the sime time " Bring it back silute to southamerica" . I know it seems pretty difficult, but maybe it could work out.

The problem is indeed with the server, since VPN can fix it. But itās specifically with SA SILUTE. I have friends playing on Klaipeda and Orsha, wich use the same AMAZON SERVERS, and itās running smoothly. And IMC can fix the problem if the problem is in the servers. The whole ā ā ā ā ā ā ā reason from transfering from SP was that theyād have access to the servers there.Nevertheless if klaipeda and orsha are running without problems so should silute.
I like the idea of forcing them to look at us. This topic should be a shame for them, since its their topic, an official one, btw, and we are here telling how bad they are and how bad theyāve done with silute.
We should rly find out whats gonna happenā¦ and yeah, we should act as players aswell, but honestly, im kinda tired.
Not the same amazon server, Silute is on East Amazon one - same as the forum (notice that the forum is also terrible, sometimes you can even load, just like the game, erro 500 often, etc). Pretty sure others are on West Amazon ones.
The problem may be not in the server itself, but the path data goes between South America and Seattle. Thatās explain why VPN works.
Thatās also explain why IMC donāt say nothing and do even less, they have no idea what to do.

Indeed youāre right!
Posting in this topic (or in any other about this problem) proved a waste of time and effort. They will not respond nor provide any feedback.
Solution:
1 - Start using VPN to play on Silute until IMC fix the problems;
2 - Stop buying TP Packs (donāt pay for a broken service that you need to use alternative measures to use);
Problem 100% solved.
force them to look at us = majority (70%+) of SA players stop playing the game permanently or until they fix the server issues. At this point Iām not even sure if theres anything the players can do to draw IMCs attention. People have been sending tickets for weeks and they donāt even mention anything in those weekly Q&As. Im one of those players who bought founder packs and stopped playing the game but still lurk the forum expecting good news.

Unfortunately IMC tried the most to keep the game safe from bot/RTM, that f*cked all real players. Now all that last is players using exploits (as Hydrarium to make World Boss) and botsā¦ 
But you going to a great gameā¦ ESO has a good PvP, wPvP and PvE!

Im really happy playing ESO.
But im passing by just to state that nothing have been responded, as far as I know Server is still in NA, lags and DCs are not that bad as they used to be but theyāre still happening and there was NO OFFICIAL RESPONSE to any of our inquiries.
Shame on you, IMC.
Sorry the noob question, but what is ESO? I am tired of the lag(10 to 30 fps) of Tree of Savior, and i will be trying to play another games like Mabinogi( i dont have lag there) or Lord of the Rings Online( which i am trying today).
