God, what are you doing with this server? I can’t stay online 5 min. In 2 days i couldn’t make my Mercenary Post missions and the levels dungeon! Lost 2 lvl 3 gems in a low level map disconnect!!!
Where are the answers? I’m not a free player (nothing wrong about the free ones), but I pay for this!!!

Seriously… Don’t fu__ing host a game server if you can’t handle it.
You should’ve solve those lag issues in less than 2 days. Actually you should’ve solved ALL lag issues during BETA phases of the game. Now it has been 3 days straight that we’re all suffering from tremendous lagging and getting DCed every 2 to 5 minutes. It’s really frustrating and this is making people leave the game and not wanting to come back, THIS IS NOT BETA, things like this aren’t acceptable.
I know that sometimes eventually server issues happen, but 3 days lagging and not being able to play the game properly is really breaking the limit.
On top of that we have tons of balancing patches that KToS received that we did not with no announcement for it (all our updates are loadscreens, costumes and bugfixes) the lack interaction with your community (you don’t even have a community manager to talk with us, ask suggestions, properly announce things, wtf IMC!), SA people playing on NA hosted server with bad ping with no ETA of returning, all because you didn’t properly research a good host in Brazil.
In the end, no matter what I or other people say, you will probably ignore, and all we players can do is to wait for you to fix it, until subsequential issues happen again and again and we get angry and upset enough to leave the game and not come back, and this is already happening, I’ve never seen so much ppl leaving a game at once and it’s been like only 3 months since the release.
However, I still have hopes, because this game is extremely fun and it has so much potential to become even better, hope you don’t ruin such a great game.
The interesting thing about all of this… Is that in others server we have none of these problems.
Try for your self… create one guy at any other server and play for like 1 hour… No problems detect.
So whats wrong with Silute?
im from klaipeda and sometimes i cant even stay in the map for more than 10 sec.
Its like i can connect to the server and try to enter a map but i cant stay there and the game kicks me back to the lodge.
Getting dc too, and to solve it i need to reset my conection. (everything is wroking besides ToS).
Here my problem is only on silute. Others… orsha and klaipeda works fine.

Idk whats the problem… Because 2 friends of mine that both have GVT… are playing all day
. Saying the game is smooth!
But i cant stay online for 5 min.
So im trying to delete the game and install it all over again.
I did it already, its a server issue. GVT AND Virtua here, tried both connections (both above 30 MB).

This is a BETA.
And since this is a BETA you should not charge people for anything.
Im waiting for my refunds and free stats/skills/max lvl in my char.

Since cant do anything more!
Unistall the game and delete everything!
Reinstall again with no addons !
Start to play so happy, now the problem is solved!
3 minutes later…freeze… Disconnect… cannot connect to server!

I can play all day without a single DC… but my neighbor with another ISP no longer can play 10 min and is disconnected.
this is a route? or dns issue? sure it is one of two
I’m honestly getting tired of it. I get DC and then it’s such a pain to login again.
IMC, now that you made your morning announcements, you really should come in here and bring some news about this issue, for real, we need to know something about that, it’s been 3 or 4 days
This is just unbelivable. The lack of communication from the developers about this issue is depressing.
We just want to play the game, nothing less, nothing more. Most of us (including me) are paid customers (ie: We bought TP Packs and 30 days Tokens.).
I hope for a good compensation for all of these unexplained problems that we are currently suffering without any feedback from the developers.
In the mean time I think I will go back to play Grim Dawn. Better support and better game than the current state of iTOS.

I AM A CUSTOMER! I want to know (and more important, I have the RIGHT TO KNOW):
1- When are you going to restart the Server?
2- When are you going to fix it?
3- Which compensation will we receive?
4- What measures will be taken in order to prevent that to happen again?
5- WHEN IS SILUTE COMING BACK TO SA?
