Rogue Build - Something to change in this build? 07/03/2016

Hi guys! This is my build, i need some help to not miss something.

I have played in CB2, i made a few in modification since then.

The Standart Rogue Type!
I always played with “Thief”/“Rogue” (In Ragnarok i was “Stalker” :smile:).

This build is for PVP/PVE (more PVP…but i need to lvling so…PVE too):

Full Draw Lv0? Lv1? Lv3?
(Full Draw is good to PVP so Lv1 is enough? Lv3 is more fast to load Lv1? how work?)
Oblique Shot Lv10? Lv9? Lv7?

Second Question

Feint Lv.6 is enough? I want for the Atribute “Back Roll”
Sneak Hit Lv.1 have a good critical rate, for start i dont take Sneak and use this Lv. for Feint Lv.7…But is +62% for only One Lv!.
Evasion Lv.10, for combo with Camouflage?

I need to know, What I Miss? is a good build? for PVP/PVE?

Stats:
3 STR / 1 DEX

I dont know the Lv.Cap, so is hard to make a Final Stat Build.
In High Lvl i like to use some points in CON.
Glass Cannon? Little more HP?

You said that you want it to be more PvP focused, however heres a few notes:

  1. You dont have Heavy Shot. If someone decide to focus their attacks on you, you have no way to keep em at bay. You cant rely on Evasion only.
  2. Id recommend increase Capture to at least 3. ToS is a game where almost everything useful is in the ground.
  3. I wouldnt recommend to max Vendetta. ainly because you have to successfully land it, which in PvP youll find to be a pain (like almost everything melee related).
  4. I take you went Rogue C3 to increment Backstab and Evasion, yes? Because if you decided to go for Burrow, tis a waste, IMO, as it doesnt prevent others to attack you (see item 2 for why).

Your choice of STR/DEX distribution seems ok, but I recommend to have CON 50, minimum. You may stack lots of Evasion, Camouflage, Cloaking or whatever, but nothing on heaven or hell will save you from a barrage of magic attack, if not a ton of HP.
