So go c3. You can’t get everything you want in c1 anymore. It’s stupid with current system when you have no reason to go c3 like ranger 1 vs 3.
The only thing i wanted is 25% more on barrage for make it more worth.
Even if pick ranger 3 my point are not enought to max all skills i need.
Cool solution would be increase barrage % damage so i can invest less point in that skill still having a better % damage, so i can feel free to allocate better my point.
Even a +25% boost on barrage sound good also for R1Ro1 build, also i’m almost sure after patch this build will be gone and replaced by at last R3Ro1 and idk what
I’m actually curious why people are making such big deal for Barrage. The damage falls really hard in the high levels in our content already, everyone get a rank in Ranger only for Steady Aim, even Reiter that usually get 3 ranks only want Steady Aim.
And the damage of Barrage lvl 5 is not that bad. 1260% using all the OH, Spiral Arrow have around the double of this damage but have the double of the cooldown as well.
For my build is important filler.
If barrage would hit all enemy without range of shoot gun it would be good yes.
Cosindering most of time we have to hug or lose damage, the damage per arrow should be higher.
Close range = more risky for archer = more rewarding.
Now deal same dmg as c1 MS but is c2 skill. = unbalanced.
Barrage have 4 aoe atk ratio while MS have 0. It’s not even fair to compare.
You can use MS from the distance while barrage require to hug. if don’t hug correctly lose much dmg.
MS got nerf for that reason.
MS is interruptable while barrage not plus it’s instant. Still not fair to compare.
Try other skill 
Even in my country some people talk hard to understand but we don’t point finger.
