Ranger late game falls a lot, which he would use to SR3? since QS3 has stun and aggro to one PVP here and there, I love running shooting but SR3 will win ‘’ one ‘’ aka: Limacon, then get these pros and cons, thanks to those who helped me

what’s your SR for farming, PvE, PvP, or ET?
Ranger3
steady aim +20% missile dmg is strong and scale well late game espicially when there’re someone use meltis to extend the duration.(often in ET), spiral arrow can still be another dmg in your skill rotation.
QS3
running shot is great for single target, bossing and some farming, pavise can attract mob and sometime useful in gvg, catrop is nice for attract mob, stone shot is nice for stun in pvp.
IMO I prefer ranger route for ET, field mob farming/grinding and QS route for solo dungeon, boss fight and pve/pvp hybrid.
My goal is to farm and ET, PVE etc., R3 shines as much as a QS3 in question in WB? because dungeon solo only will the 145 to farm etc, moreover …
WB QS3 is much better, but ET ranger3 get like 20% more dmg.
20% damage never falls off, since your goal is pve and farming I would go ranger.
as a person who has a ranger 3 i can tell you that its pretty good even in late game, i had both QS 3 and ranger 3 and i think ranger is better, especially for an SR. Since you don’t pvp QS isn’t really the best pve choice.
Both are good, Ranger is a lot better in late game. SR skills combined with steady aim lvl 15 seems pretty good to me
not to mention that spiral arrow has a very good scaling, as long as you have more physical attack it’ll scale amazingly. i don’t know what the scaling is but i think its 600%.
both won’t be as good as a fletcher, so don’t even bother world bossing with an SR.
There is a reason why all the best world bossing fletchers never take QS

if you planning going ET, go ranger c3
when you hit rank 5 or 6 you might feel regret choosing ranger c3 (like I do), but for now ranger c3 is the best option for SR if you planning to ET and PvE, since steady aim buff 20% damage still scale well until end game, and SR’s limacon now changed into buff type like running shot, so I think there’s no point to pick QS c3 for SR

Actually I got quite a ton of cubes with my SR with a proper support in my party o: Almost never got top 1-2 tho. But you know, top 5 is possible.
I’d like to know about this too, also going for a PVE focus SR here. Should I go 1:1?
About this guide, there are things I don’t agree. But mostly Multi Shot 7/10, get 10/10 on that, you don’t need Full Draw 7/10, 4 is enough.

STR: 402 / CON: 88 / DEX: 160 (Zemnya Necklace instead of Max Petamion for now)
Invested:
STR: 158 / CON: 53 / DEX: 106
It isn’t a great stat distribution and I didn’t follow any ratio. They end up as 3:1:2, I did this mainly to have a balance between everything (also being tanky/surviving things). I have 24842 HP at the moment, I like to have at least 20k but you’re good with ~15k or so, maybe less.

Thank you for this! Follow up question though, which stat would be better to pump early on, say below 100 levels. Not sure which would be the best stat to start either str or dex. I originally wanted to reach 100 dex first then pump str and con slowly after.
I don’t really recommend to follow my 3:1:2, maybe I will reset later on for less CON. But up to you. I like to have STR first, some DEX, some CON for the content I’m playing so I don’t die too easily and start blaming the dungeon queue “NO HEALER” (let’s say dun190, for example).
But it’s really up to you. I prefer focusing more on STR, having enough evasion, crit rate and accuracy with not that much DEX and enough HP for most PvE things as well for PvP.

if you think you can farm dungeons by yourself with full str without evasion or heals by all means go str its probably better on an SR with glass mole cards,
i think dex is better, but thats just my opinion in fact i have a full str archer (fletcher) and the damage is good, but i just hate soloing dungeons with it he is very vulnerable.
It’s probably easier on an SR though because of movement speed and high aoe, i believe an SR can solo dungeons just fine with a full str build.
Why would you want SR if you have 100% RS uptime?

But what if I would go A2 - Sapper3 - SR3? Or A2 - Sapper2 - Wugu1 - SR3 for max poison spead?
