I sold 5 items in npc (bad items) will I be banned? Are the bans going to be perma? I did not sell anything on the market and I did not use trade.
No, they already stated that only players who traded or sold large amounts of item via market or personal trades are going to get severe restrictions. I donât believe in perma ban, but they have their 30 days ban and flagged for life as they should.

I think you guys are doing a good job so far, I know it must be painstaking to single-handily investigate every case but itâs the fair thing to do.
It does seem like the compensation for suspended accounts is a little TOO good maybe, but itâs not that important, most important thing is being thorough in your investigations and making sure the people who were just caught up in this mess are not punished while the opportunists who took advantage of it are.
And Iâm sure thatâs not always an easy task to determine the difference.

To be honest, given how big of a scale this turned out to be, a rollback and compensation would have been way better than banning and blocking access from game. This situation is the result of an unexpected problem in coding, but it affected the (literally) most basic aspect of the game: Killing monsters. Punishing people for playing the game normally, regardless of its current state, itâs really wrong. If youâre worried that people might riot because they lost some levels or items in that rollbacked day, just hold a 2x Exp/Drop weekend and hand compensations (like the ones youâre already providing) so everyone can be happy.
Letâs have a thought, if you leveled by farming/grinding you were exploiting. If you farmed you were exploiting. If you killed a monster and got his drops you were exploiting. So you see? Everyone was exploiting.

I am in doubt about the compensation, people who are not blocked accounts will receive some of these announced copensations? Or will only people who have blocked accounts reimburse these offsets? I speak of these rewards:

(3) Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x20
(4) Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x10

- 3 hours of Token time extension per every hour of suspension
- Multiply Token x1 per every hour of suspension
- Instanced One Entry Voucher x1 per every 2 hours of suspension

Seus argumentos sĂŁo desnecessĂĄrios nesse ponto, uma vez que a IMC analisou todos os meus posts, e a Ășnica coisa que fiz foi deixa um personagem novo level baixo, na mina de cristal, afk, isso nĂŁo configura bot, nem viola as regras, porĂ©m, os inimigos estavam dropando gemas raras, e as mesmas estava sendo enviadas ao me diretĂłrio, juntei todas essas informaçÔes poucas horas antes do ban, porque como tenho 5 dias de jogo, nĂŁo sou obrigado a saber todos os guias itens e demais, essa punição Ă© aplicada sim, justa, a jogadores naquele mapa com leveis absurdos, ou seja, ficando claro a mĂĄ fĂ© do usuĂĄrio, jĂĄ que a experiĂȘncia ali Ă© irrelevante.
Enfim, reflita seus pensamentos, pois como dito assim, os mesmos nĂŁo se aplicam a todos.

Players considered to have abused the bug (for example, by selling large amounts of irregular DPK items in the Market), who will continue to have their account restricted, will not receive any compensation.

Letâs just pretend that everyone that got their accout blocked are honest players that only got a s***ton of cubes, gems, BB, etc by accident while doing their daily things, letâs also pretend IMC is competent enough to only compensate those players that are actually innocents but still have their accounts blocked, thatâs the only thing we can do as it is pretty much what they want us to believe.
Also, letâs not forget to pretend that mostly of them werenât actually thinking about saving all those items to sell later and profit from it, but since they couldnât and IMC will probably delete it (we know a lot of players still not blocked and with items) theyâre now innocents and deserves to be rewarded.
@STAFF_Ines What about the rewards of maintenance? They will expire in the mail during this time, will I lose all of them? I really want the Tomes, Cookies and multiply tokenâŠ
I feel ashamed by IMC, those rewards for who got the account locked its just a bad decision, yes, maybe those people who exploited the DPK bug needs a kinda of punishment and a reward but those rewards for they its too much, you guys shold give to everyone who didât got the account locked, or better, no rewards at all, just the token time its fine. still, i feel ashamed of you at IMC.

@clerigo_da_morte The current plan is to extend the time available to retrieve those compensation items to players who werenât able to access the game because of the temporary suspension. There should be more details about that in our next official announcement.

@kim.pegaso Players considered to not have committed serious offenses will have their current account suspension lifted and will receive the compensation as mentioned in the announcement. This applies to accounts that are currently suspended because of the investigations.

I would like to know if accounts who have traded those itens will be individually analized, because in my situation it was not for comercial purposes. This is my sutuation:
@felipeyanagi Our goal is to leave some margin for players who may have committed minor and/or involuntary offenses to avoid punishing those types of cases.
I canât tell for sure what will happen to yours and your friendâs account since the guidelines arenât out yet. We expect to announce the details about who will be restricted and for how long in our next official announcement after all the accounts are processed.
