How do you manage to separate a player who will commonly drop items and then separate what he will use and sell the rest of a player who would be “Taking advantage of an Error”?
Since each player has their own routine and some spend more time doing this than others regardless of whether an error happens or not.
A lot of people seem to be freaking out and panicking because they think they are going to get banned after getting a few drops or trading something with a friend or crafting at item.
IMC seems to be taking a close look at accounts and not just making sweeping bans so I say let them finish their investigations.
If you end up on the ban list and honestly feel it is undeserved because of certain circumstances then send a ticket in with a ban appeal explaining your situation and you may get the ban lifted.
Posting about your individual circumstances on the forum isn’t going to affect anything.
This is where I would point out how easy and quick it is to leave a negative review on the steam store page for ToS.
Maybe turning away new players from spending any money would finally get their attention for punishing players for their own mistakes, who knows!

i think i’ll be fine, since i was just playing regularly, did the same i would have done any other day of the week, and it would be totally unfair to punish someone who was literally doing the exact same thing for a week, what were i supposed to do? not play the game? .-.
they must be banning only those who dropped like 30 battle bracelets and 100 lv 315 hunting ground cubes .-.

True, but IMC copying and pasting the same response isn’t helping. Most people are not used to the ambiguity that IMC projects.
@feliperian We won’t be punishing those who were merely in the possession of the items. Of course we cannot tell what each person intended to do with those items (if anything), but that will be our guideline.
@gabriel.c.fotografia Our hope is to finish the process within server time Monday, although it’s hard to tell at this point whether that will be possible.
@Tomazelli Read my other response above. We want to leave some margin for minor and/or involuntary offenses, but we can’t tell what will happen to individual accounts yet because we don’t have the guidelines fully set out.

if a player traded a item to a guildmate and not for a profit will they be given a pass?

@STAFF_Ines, although not have the account suspended. I want to make it clear to you that I disagree that players are punished for doing what they normally do and they did again if they played again after that ban.

Do you know if, just putting itens on market, but not selling it, will be enought to ban? I think I put something like 5 items on market, but I don’t even know if I did it 2 hours before the server went down, so maybe it wasn’t in the market yet. Will it be enought anyway?

@STAFF_Ines I heard in the game that some drops were changed and there was a quick repair maintenance, but it was not known exactly how it was. Some people said they were still bugged, some said they were not, and some said they were few things. I was dropping some items for secundary characters because I checked and there was really a little maintenance, and with no announcements in the game or out, so I thought everything was ok. Only 1 item was sold in the market. Do I have a chance to be banned? I did not drop much because I was partying with others, so I did not realize I was dropping so much.

not only do I have to stress myself with micro managing the expiration across multiple characters, I also have to spam all the vouchers and dungeons resets and multi down a character through before it expire…
AND move to klaipeda, make a new character so the stuff I got there doesn’t become 100% useless toilet paper

@STAFF_Ines What do you think about most of the community that played hours and hours reporting and giving negative feedback on steam? Whether or not you have been in the last 5 days of 3 thousand analyzes and 90% have been negative, do you think they are moving to the right place?

Some people are blocked even though they’re innocent during the investigation, that is indeed unfair for them and these players do need a compensation.
But do you realize how big this compensation is ?
They lost ~3 days, you give them one month of Token, 11 Leticia Cubes, 20 Enchantment scrolls, 10 Dungeon Reset Vouchers, 10 ET Vouchers…
A one month Token, keeping one BB for those who got some, and making so they can enjoy the regular compensations would be nice enough already. Especially knowing they’ll also get

I’m surprised it got through the staff to be honest, that everybody thought “This is a decent amount”.
Anyway, it’s decided already, nothing can be done anymore.
But I’m sure next time there’s an exploit more people will exploit it. They’ll just be sure not to make profit so they won’t be banned, and they’ll get a big compensation for not being able to play.
