There is no reason to punish this, he was power leveling his friends who were in level range. I myself got there at level 70 and got all the exp myself with my barrage (i was outgriding a level 200+ bokor who was doing the same thing), if anyone needs punishment is IMC with its “broken” exp sharing system. Also, you guys could find other places to grind like i did with my alts.

It’s called power level, a high level player helps his friends to level up, even with the EXP Penalty it’s good exp.
The only problem with this map is that Monsters literally drop from sky in a very high ammount in a specific location (Thanks to an event in this map that i still think it’s a bug). Specially because the event runs infinitely.
So, the only solution for this case would be to remove the map’s event, so the mosnters can spawn normally across the map. Classes like Elementalist and Dievdyrbis can just destroy these monsters in seconds.

Or they’re just not familiar with mmorpgs practice, specialy when power leveling isn’t that common in recent mmorpg because they nerf that hard.
