It only happens at the Channel 3. Lots of people Camping there and killing unlimited ammount of monsters that spawns over and over again in the same location.

I often see insta kill on respawn + rerespawn, but this something new. 1 channel then all go for 2 channel here mobs run out, and then next 3rd channel.

This has already been reported, but it is not a bug, it is intended.
…unless it is actually infinite respawn, and not just a lot of respawns in row. Then that would be a bug.

Like Pearss has said, it’s an event.
If you walk up those stairs ( in the 2nd pic) You’ll see a giant glass flask thing, you activate it and a beam of light appears. for the next 200~300 seconds, waves of those monsters will spawn- players familiar with this tend to use it and kill, the monsters attempt to head in that direction, groups of people can spawn camp there in a party for very good EXP with channel hopping. This mechanic also functions on the floor below the one that is currently on too.
