I ask that you keep an open mind regarding this poll as I think it provides important data. Obviously I donât want to bias potential results further by outright stating my economic theory, but I do promise to update this thread once I get enough results.
Eve online has a cash shop and a thing called plexing basically the token you can use the plex to extend your subscription or sell it on the market for somewhat 500 mill isk to a player that can use this to extend there subscription thus if you can obtain 500 mill isk a month you can play the game for free and if you have been playing eve online for + 6 months obtaining 500 mill isk is freaking easy I know this because I used to do this if you can play the market game you can do this.
Also yes I think IMC can be successful but people need to stop thinking the company is against them and start thinking on solutions to what someone might see as a problem with facts to back it up I personally donât see many using facts when they have a problem but rather just point blame at IMC expecting them to change to such extremes of impossibility by using hostage mentality for example âif you donât change and do the things I want Iâm gonna get a refundâ like some sort of crazy person believing there money that they spent on the EA is worth more then the value of say as some put out a EU server.
Another thing to mention IMC did say they need constant support so that tells you right there buy to play wont work.

Why would you consider it worthless lets see 50 people (some being the same people) have replied and 135 people took the votes its right there if it was so worthless it would not even have remotely that many so please explain to me why its worthless also why are you responding for it to be worthless would imply that you donât show interest but as you do that makes making the worthlessness invalid.
also you do not need to apologies as you have not treated me poorly and I see this as valid research mentality research for it gives us multiple views on the tokens and how people will use them I only said one because I will only use it for the initial benefits it provides but from your information and the information from other players it shows there are a number of ways to use said tokens thanks for the intelligence.
I used to also play EVE waay back in the day. I think itâs doable for new plex players to be entirely self-funded (f2p), but I think most people would agree that unless you are on top of the meta or have a really skilled character, you arenât going to be playing EvE for free as a new player.

Yep I agree with those sources at least you took the time to back what you said with facts 
thank you also another reason half the time eve was a horrible learning curve last I recalled it was like climbing a cliff that inverted onto its self with a truck waiting at the top to push you back over the side lol.
But lets agree on this the game has yet to come out we have time to see what the future holds and lets hope as a community make it better and aid IMC best we can they have shown and mentioned they are listening to us.

I agree that wait and see is a perfectly valid strategy. Itâs also great that julie put up a thread asking for feedback.
I personally want to be more proactive. The 3 month founder issue showed me that imc higher ups had some very strange assumptions about what would be good for the game. Itâs great they corrected it. But I think itâs even more important for players with issues to present them on these forums (respectfully of course!).
What I dislike is people saying:âstop whiningâ, âimc knows what they are doing better than youâ, âitâs not possible so give upâ. These kinds of comments are not constructive in my view. They donât really expand the discourse on options imc can take.
Edit: Did a bit more introspection and âitâs not possible because⌠[reason]â is fine as long as the reasons are reasonable. But Iâve seen many cases of appeal to imc authority which donât advance discussion
None at such ridiculous prices.
As I understand it, to unlock basic game features I have to pay $19 per month, which is more than AAA MMOS. On top of that we have a p2w cash shop.
This is a recipe for disaster.

It might be less⌠the amounts I listed are based off of korean tree of savior rates. imc hasnât offered up the actual rates so itâs the best guess Iâve gotâŚ

as I said as long as someone has facts/evidence from a source to back there claim it becomes more creditable because lets face it anyone can throw out an idea/concern and expect it to work but in reality it simply does not work that way.
I also agree with you to a point yes the âstop whiningâ comments need to stop but without providing facts/evidence in the case when IMC give us facts and evidence like the steam sales they hold as you put it âimc knows what they are doing better than youâ the right of way until it can be proven wrong with credible information the same applies to Itâs not possible but I wouldnât say âso give upâ I would say try to give reasons with some evidence to why you think its like this we have the internet people use it lol.
