Happens in all maps of the game.
Description :
Everytime you get recalled by a party member in any sort of cutscene (a boss cutscene, on this case), you get stuck. Can’t move or use skills and your basic attacks don’t deal damage.
This bug lasts for 2 weeks already, so, please, FIX IT!!!
It’s almost impossible to play in party with friends because of this bug, and it seems like you, IMC Games, don’t even care! Not even mentioned this bug on known issues!
Show some respect for your players and fix the oldest bugs that messes with the gameplay!
Steps to reproduce the issue :

Be in a party with anyone

Trigger a cutscene of any quest

The person recalled will get stuck
