The Owl Burial ground secret quest isnt working the PINK HAIR DYE quest the NPC isnt showing

As we know there's a quest that isn't noticeable in game. Something like boss fight after talk to some stone or side quest that's not show quest icon on NPC. But there's something more hidden than those I mention above which require something to trigger quest. Honestly I didn't know about it either till my friend mention about it last month. Missing NPC in Owl Burial Ground?

Hi, first time creating a thread here. So, the NPC for the pink dye quest in Owl Burial Ground is not appearing in my game for some reason, I’ve asked peers in the area and they all can see it. I already finished all other quests in this area (yes, even the golem one) and am currently level 103, is there another requirement I’m not aware of? Is it a bug? Should I report it? I’m pretty desperate for the pink hair, as you can see. [image]

read the topic For me the NPC appeared at 122 level. There is something that triggers its appearance, seems you need to level up and kill mobs and sooner or later you will find him.

I am level 145 and finished the SP quest. hair dye isnt showing still

You need to press f1, go to achievments and locate a little chest in the pink hair achievment and then click it.

Owl Burial Ground Test

2nd Requirement for NPC Grave Keeper Romas to appear from TOSCAMP info: Reach above 100 points in a single stat (STR CON INT SPR DEX). Use equipment to help boost stat to above 100 if needed. Tested working with STR.
