I stop doing TBL since R8 release
Players were crashing channel to reach +40 up enhancement and these almost unrealistic upgrades making the gap in PVP so huge
Even with they lower the effectiveness of enhancement now, the gap is still an issue, your only choice of top eq now is velco with ichor with T10.
Time and silver should be rewarded but not to a point that become a must. The gap between equipment have to bring closer so that players skills matter the most. Or at least there should be multiple way of reaching eq that are closer to bis

hmm right now in NA tbl, not many people even use+20 and above gear. atn most people have +11 - +16 and theres a person running around with +11 t7 unique raid/primus wep and is doing well.
for tbl the main thing is class builds and what decisions you make before/during the battle.
Stopping core parking to affect performance and setting high priority to a process helps, but it isn’t nearly enough. Especially on world bosses, gemstone field and any other type of content that has a lot of players in the same place. Config stuff like low mode and vsync didn’t help that much either.
IMC’s previous optimization patches helped significantly. Back in 2016 the game was way slower and less efficient. Now they are hoping to fix the abrupt spikes that happen here and there by avoiding rendering everything beforehand. The progress is slow most likely due to the poor designed engine. It is something. But in no way invalidates that this is solely their fault, not the players’. And yet, low fps/spikes is not the only problem. This game’s netcode is terrible and a lot of desync/lag problems happen frequently. Gemstone for one is a huge mess of weird, new bugs all the time. There are also crashes, deadlocks, the list goes on. And there’s not much we can do about it either.
Also, your TLDR is very confusing, OP is right to call you on that. You said things like “make ToS moba”, how did you reach this conclusion? People are complaining about the lack of optimization and balance, no one said anything about turning the whole game into matches between players. I’m not really sure what you’re trying to say on second and third topics but it seems you’re mocking people who don’t like PvP saying they want things effortlessly and that’s just a lie. People want to earn their stuff in PvE modes as well, not being forced to play PvP in the first place. This is not the TLDR of this topic at all.

But the lag in feud, WB still killing the PVP content in TOS, and not to mention the zerging in boruta
pvp focus build should really put perform pve build in pvp content and I don’t think it is possible to have all build equally viable between pve and pvp but the balance between each class tree pvp focus build are still needing fix

My Rod is +24, and yes, you are right, not worth trying to enhance anymore, I only did because I was saving diamond anvils for almost 2 years, but It costed more than 1Bi worth of diamonds on that Rod (not counting all the other weapons that failed miserably), totally not worth the cost. +11 weapon is more than enough for any PvP/PvE content, +16 is luxury for the glow effect only.
I don’t mind if they change TBL to standard gear so even very undergeared people can participate, as long as they don’t touch other PvP content, I am investing on gear for a reason.
As for OP, I never saw his nickname ingame, I don’t think he participate in any endgame content or pvp content but I always see him complaining here on the forum or reporting people for reasons that he make up on his mind.
I am sort of agree and disagree on standardised equipment.
I think IMC could implement some sort of cap or restriction in equipment. Capping transcend/enhance to a certain effective level or reduce certain effect from equipment in pvp environment. just an example capping at let say +11 T8, my +16 T10 will become same value as a +11T8 in pvp, but return to it original+16T10 in PVE content. This would narrow the gap between new players and old players in TBL and also making those hxxk64 type of hack useless in TBL.

There used to be a nerf on trans/enhance on TBL of 30%? I don’t remember exactly. I don’t think it’s needed anymore, not that hard to upgrade your weapon like it used to be. What about hacking in TBL, do you have any vídeos?
Overall they need to improve their server, balancing is worth nothing if we can’t play properly.
I am not aware the 30% nerf, as I took a break just before R8 introduced and only return, when re:build introduce. However, I think it is a good idea to make gap between different gear progression players closer
The hxxk64 “was” a very hot topic back in my time, I heard it got block now. Can’t give you too much detail otherwise I will be bad for advertising hack. What it does was it allow equipping main equipment in multiple slot and crashing channel, there were +40 up or even +60 up with full potential. It took IMC many months to finally find a solution to it but the whole community was already damage, anyway that’s side story. The other reason I think a hard cap would be good is that if these kind of hack appear again, the hard cap might able to prevent further damaging the already small TBL community

A: Have you rolled the threads? Paradise guild are only 1% of the problem. The GVG + Raid World Boss system was unsatisfactory in international terms. Follow the forum further and stop thinking only about Paradise as if it were something significant in the gobal issue.
Your fabulous Paradise is just a bunch of cheaters tucked into the Silute server. Nothing more than this.

The thing is though pvp normalized gear >>>>>> bad job of balancing gear. Normalized gear would make it way easier for IMC to balance things, which they have shown to fail at repeatedly.
