Why some people want to make the best class combination? Anyone same as me get the fun of creating wierd build but still winning? Like players be like. “Holy fck, he has an ugly class build but still managed to beat the crap out of that guy!”. I will never go for obvious build lol.
Nah, there’s no fun in sucking. And that’s unlikely to happen and if it does, then people will jump on it.

My point was that, they will be excluded from all builds since u can lvl them at beginning and just leave them to afk shop in town. Not to mention skills they provide would be cheap as dirt and probably would be better to lvl them yourself than pay some extra for another player.
You still need to reach rank 6 though to unlock Alchemist. With the new system, you can choose to become it past rank 6 still, that’s all.
So no, you can’t just spam money making classes, it’s still a journey, albeit a journey that now has many more paths you can take to get to.
Yeah well take any skill you feel is OP and replace DM by said skill, ppl haven’t started playing/making theory craft so they don’t know about DM, but they sure know about what happens when some classes have OP skills :x
Was answering previous question when someone stated that we should have access to all classes from beginning ie u can take any class as starter.

One is stand-still animation, the other is running animation .- . if you look up doppel video you can see them hold it up while running as well.

From the videos i’ve seen you can use every skills on a mount. But Cataphract skills can’t be used unmout. So you can use every Hoplite skills when you are Cataphract (just that you won’t be abble to move while doing them, but that’s the same when you’re unmount)
Ps: there are video from CBT2 and CBT3 and iCBT too 
Well since you can already go to the “backtrack” classes it won’t change that much. You can Take Hoplite 1 then Cataphract 1/2/3 and Finish Hoplite 2/3. The only thing it would limited is to make though choices for some classes that are on the same ranks like “Cataphract or Rodolero”.
That’s the point.
To be able to choose a path with classes on the same rank is a terrible idea. It must stay “Cataphract OR Rodelero”, not “Cataphract AND Rodelero”.

Why is horrible??? Like I really dont understand… If u go with this path you sacrifice a high tier class to gain a low tier class.

I am done seeing people here say “the best build for X character is…” and then spell the build Steparu or other hot streamer/youtuber use, without any explanation whatsoever.

It’s a bit funny because this system, what we call as the “New” class advancement system, is actually the first class advancement system that IMC Games had in mind. They simply haven’t tested it in public before.

On Rank 2 there is no difference between the previous system and the new system, so the blog post doesn’t prove your statement. But I think your theory is still viable.
Are you sure? In the screenshot, she chose Peltasta as her rank 2 class. Then, when she wanted to class advance to rank 3, both Swordsman C2 and Peltasta C2 exists there for her to choose, as well as Highlander as the not-chosen class (It’s greyed out) and Hoplite and Barbarian as the new classes in rank 3 too.
The text description also proved it too, she made an example of a Wizard going Wizard C2 instead of Pyromancer or Cryomancer. When she wanted to class advance to rank 3, she’s given the options to go Linker or Psychokino as the new classes in rank 3, go Wizard C3, or go Pyromancer or Cryomancer.

The screenshot is from a Rank 3 Warrior with 5 options to chose. There are two options for Circle 2 to him (Warrior and whichever he chose on Rank 2), plus the one he didn’t chose on Rank 2 and the new ones avaliable for Rank 3.
And the text right below says a Wizard Rank 3 “will be able to choose linker or psychokino which are Rank 3 classes along with the wizard in it’s 3rd circle, pyromancer and cryomancer”.
