Lack of dialogue between IMC and the community

The lack of interaction between the devs and the community is the main cause of the avalanche of rant posts, be them because of bugs, characters stuck, lag or another random issues like imbalance between classes. In all those posts, there are a common thing, no answers were given to the community by the IMC.

Im not saying they should answer all the posts on the forum, but they should give some kind of feedback on the most crucial problems spoken by the community to stop the flaming and the agressive posts on the forum, like we are seeing with the [SA] Silute character stuck problems.

Someone from IMC should do the public relations and speak to the community when they demand answers, feedback is a must when we all want the same thing: increase the quality of this game.

I said pretty much the same stuff on another topic earlier. This lack of information / interaction really sucks.

I was hoping when the game release they could listen to us in the forum and answer our questions and reports as they did before, so they could improve the game better. But, unfortunately, they are not doing this. They could be this good staff, they could be loved and well talked by the community, but they are losing our respect. I which I could speak “they are really close to the community and they are getting better, reading and listening to each post on the forum”, but I can’t.

Let’s be honest here: The rant posts started long before the communication break down. One might even argue they are somehow related to it’s cause.

I saw a great potential in this game. I’m feeling like it’s all going to waste going like this and I fear that it’s likely going to die like 90% of any kMMO out there (they all do it’s unbelievable).
Somehow I still have hope for IMC to make something great out of this game, seriously, call me crazy but I do. If only we had better programmers, developers, community managers, stable server, content direction, and all that stuff, this game would shake the MMO industry because of its great design and fun mechanics. But in the other hand we can’t let our frustration talk too loud, we must give it time, at least until IMC sees what’s wrong and what’s good, cause if they don’t ToS will die no matter what like all the other kMMOs that simply dies because the developers apparently don’t know or play their own game, it’s just weird.

Even posting staff names don’t really bring them here. It’s like they knew what would happen and just jumped ship leaving only a lifesaver.

And still they stay the same, there is no improvement on the dialogue. Well, i hope they take the other good and bad examples from other companies to see why some MMO prevail for such a long a time and other just seem to vanish in two months…

You wont be able to talk to any of them without sending a ticket… and the community manager is gone

Let’'s talk about actual “failed” MMORPGs. Instead of just speculating.

What did these MMOs do that IToS should be careful of.

From a larger viewpoint. Are MMOs in general failing to meet expections of the customers?

Look at #1. Like I keep saying. There are 3 main critical issues/priorities.

  1. Connectivity/Server Stability - I highly doubt they are not working diligently at correcting this. And will give the SA and other servers experienceing issues an annoucement when they can get it working acceptably. But you cant fricking play the game, if you can not connect.
  2. Optimization - You cant play a game when the frames drop to single
    digits
  3. Bots/RMTers - If you know how steam works, you know they are working on this.

The rest of these threads are just gonna waste time and resources, till those 3 are settled.
