Dear IMC,
this topic has no intention to inform you about the millions of problems we are currently having on the SA server. I am creating this only to ask an answer about these well known issues. PLEASE, give us a position! SAY that you are at least trying to fix one or two problems, let us know what you are doing to solve the situation (if you are really doing something).
I’ve sent a message on Twitter, sent a ticket on the support page, sent messages on Steam - not to mention the hundreds of posts we have on this forum - and got no response at all. And not only me, lots of people have done the same.
TL;DR: PLEASE give us a position / inform us about what you are doing to solve [SA] server problems. It is really unplayable and will pretty much discourage new people to try out your game.
