Yes, if you cast Double Punch before Lycanthropy ART then it cancels Double Punch, but you can cast it afterwards to have both.

ARTS would be perfect to bring back the old +50% magic dmg attribute for Quickcast.
Thatโs one instance where I wouldnโt mind the recycling. 
They gave the discount version of it through chrono vvr but it doesnโt work if swap to staff

Are you Burro Mizera? brinks, the art is working, you have to be close to the target for the poison to work, and the poison comes out with the black death damage, but it doesnโt leave the target with poison
Do you know exactly which stats are affected by this? and is the effect dependant on the boss itself or a % of the debuff ?

Dont forget KR has Archstone Fragments, making them a bit easier to get.
And they have that raid for a long time, its โoldโ there.

From what Iโve tested, there are still quite a few bugs with the ARTs that have not been fixed, and they are already rolling it out to kToS?
A dayโs worth of testing is not enough to work with, seriously what is the point of a kTest server at this point?

Seems like they tweaked a few ARTs before moving it over to kToS and fixed some ARTs in kTest as well, including Zaibas ARTโs damage. With that said, yes IMC, the problem with Palm Strike ART is that it gives double the AoE Attack instead of 10 AoE Attack, not the fact that Palm Strike ART reduces Palm Strikeโs overheats from 4 to 2.
The true Monk ART is Nirvana
